Finding a job is difficult. But what might be even more untoward is figuring out how to get used to the new environment that you are working in when you do finally manage to get a new job. Here are some tips for dealing with the adjustment period.
Be friendly to people.Any job is better when you are friends of the people that you are working with. You should be friendly to everyone that you are meeting.Actually listen to what these people tell you. Most people like making friends with those who are willing to listen.
Stay positive. One of the things that makes it difficult to adjust to a new job is negativity. If you automatically(无意识地) make judgments about things at the office that you aren't going to like, then you're going to find it difficult to approach the job with a positive attitude.Try to focus on the things that you like about the work and stay away from anyone that is saying negative things on the job.
Keep relaxed.Accept the fact that you probably aren't going to get used to the new job immediately. You are going to make some mistakes. You are going to get confused or you're going to confuse others by doing things differently than what they're used to.Be relaxed. The thing that you really need to get used to a new job,is just time.
Getting used to a new job or a new work environment isn't easy, but it doesn't have to be particularly difficult either.Get to know the people that you are working with and the unspoken rules of the place by paying attention to what is going on around you and accepting that it's going to take some time to get used to it all! After you have adjusted to your new job the way to do the job well is coming to the first question.

Do you want to have a good friend? First you have to be a good friend. There are some ways to make you better in friendship. The following are some beneficial suggestions on how to be a good friend.
Spend time together and consider your friends as your priority (优先).You should always be there for the bad and the good.Focus on the positive character of your friends if you quarrel with them.Friendship is built upon respect, mutual(相互的) trust, the acceptance of differences and support.
Be truthful. You are what you like, and your friend will accept that.A deceitful(不诚实的) person has no true friend.Don't be selfish.Your friend will soon get tired of this and finally move towards more unselfish people.
Trust each other. You may find that it is impossible to keep your friends happy. To be a good friend really doesn't take much. All you have to do really is make sure you can both trust each other with everything and you don't keep secrets.Being a good friend means you talk about everything together and have so much in common. You also need to make sure that they know you are always there for them, whenever they need you and that they feel comfortable talking to you about any problem they have.
You should understand your friends the way they are.You need to understand how much you can and you want to give and how much to be expected from your friends. But there is one thing that you must keep in mind: whatever you get,you have to pay a price for it.
In each relationship there is taking and giving. To be a good friend means finding the correct balance between the two;be watchful not to give over or take too much or you might damage the balance.

Some weight-loss clubs, which are rare in China just a few years ago, have started in Beijing, Qingdao, Shenzhen, and other cities. Today about 15 percent of adults, or 200 million Chinese, are reportedly overweight, of which 90 million, or 7 percent, are obese(肥胖的).
Experts say the obesity is spreading to children, though more slowly than in adults. The trend, they say, will affect the health of China's citizens and economy greatly. “We're seeing a very large proportion of children and adolescents who are quite heavy aren't moving much,” said Barry Popkin, a nutrition professor. Popkin carries out an ongoing health-and-nutrition survey of 16,000 households in China. He says more kids today are overeating and putting on weight quite quickly. In just ten years China’s childhood obesity rate has doubled, with the greatest gains coming in urban areas. In big cities it's a big problem.
There are some reasons for this. First, the diets of Chinese adults and children are far higher in calorie. They have too much meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, fats, and sugars than ever before. In addition, kids, especially city dwellers, are more sedentary today and spend more time indoors in front of homework, television, computer games, and the Internet. Shuwen Ng, a health economist, says that kids in China now have pocket money, and they spend a portion of it on junk food. Ng adds that advertising and peer groups influence kids’ food choices. Certain foods, such as new candies or fast food, have attractive features.
China's childhood obesity rate still fall behind that of the United States, where some 15 percent of kids are said to be obese. But the long-term effects are equally serious.

Stamp collecting is easy when you do it as a hobby. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on it. Sometimes stamps can be got from many sources for free.
Getting Started
If you have no stamps at all, you might want to buy a packet of 500 or 1,000 different worldwide stamps from a hobby shop or stamp dealer to get stared. One good choice is eBay. Try entering phrases like “worldwide stamps” in the searching box. However, even if you want to specialize in collecting stamps, my advice is not to spend much money on stamps in the beginning. Start off collecting stamps from many source for free until you have collected enough stamps and had enough experience.
Sorting Stamps
Assume (假设) you have some stamps and they are in paper. Before you take them from the paper, you should sort the stamps for example, by country. This is because dealing with stamps is much easier when they are on paper. When you take them off the paper, they become easy to bend, crease and tear easily.
Trimming (修剪) Stamps
Never try to take a stamp off its paper backing by pulling at it, even if it appears to be loose enough to do so. First, trim the paper around the stamp with a pair of sharp scissors making sure not to cut off the edge of the stamps. I suggest that you’d better leave a quarter inch safety area from the edge of the stamp when you trim the paper before you are good at doing it.
