公司场地使用
管理办法
为加强公司场地的管理，保证各类会议的顺利召开及场地规范有序使用，提高场地的利用率，特制定该管理办法：
一、 场地管理
1、 基本原则：科学合理使用场地，提高使用效率。
2、 管理部门：公司前台具体负责场地的管理，是本公司的场地管理部门，负责安排各种会议提前登记工作。
3、 在不影响内部使用的情况下，本公司场地可借用给其他使用人（包括个人、政府部门、其他企事业单位等主体，下同）。
4、 内外部使用人均需遵照该管理的规定使用场地，外部使用人使用场地时需按照本规定申请场地、交纳费用、整理场地。
二、 管理标准
1、使用人提前2小时内准备好场地，及时做好会议室内设施设备、会务方面的安排。
2、使用人做到场地干净整洁，桌椅排放整齐，按会议需要备好茶杯，饮用水，会后及时打扫清理。
3、使用人负责场地内席签摆放及座次的安排，提供会议用品，使用人员应爱护会议室的公共设备，会议室内不得随意乱贴乱画。
4、场地设备的使用及管理由前台负责，使用人不得随意调试设备或乱接乱插。会议室配置的设备、桌椅未经许可，不得随意搬动挪作它用。
5、使用人应爱护场地设施、设备和物品，出现损坏情况，使用人须照价赔偿，详见各场地设备及价格单。
6、场地使用完毕后，使用人负责打扫场地并恢复场地原有状态、如因使用人造成损失将追究使用人的责任。
三、 使用费用
场地使用所涉及的费用主要有场地费、设备使用费、办公用品费、茶水费等相关费用，具体为：
1、场地费
1）会议室场地费为3小时内1000元，超出后按400元/时计算。
2）孙总办
孙总办场地费为3小时内800元，超出后的部分按300元/时计算。
3）路演室
路演室场地费为3小时内1000元，超出后的部分按400元/时计算。
4）茶室
茶室场地费为3小时内800元，超出后的部分按300元/时计算。
5）董事办
董事办场地费为3小时内800元，超出后的部分按300元/时计算。
6）餐厅
餐厅场地费为3小时内800元，超出后的部分按300元/时计算。
7） 工位
普通工位费为20元/日，外借最长不超过30天。
精品工位费为50元/日，外借最长不超过30天
2、 办公用品费
1） 打印费费用为0.5元/页。
2） 中性笔、矿泉水、茶水等费用为20元/位。
3、 其他费用
1） 场地内设备及物品价格详见设备及物品价格单。
2）使用人撤出场地时应负责打扫场地并恢复场地原有状态，场地内若有损失如花盆内有烟头、墙体污染等，扣除押金。
四、 场地外借
不影响内部使用的情况下，场地可以外借，外借时按本管理规定及收费标准予以管理并收取费用，并按照下述流程办理外借事宜。
1、 使用人向场地管理部门提出借用场地的书面申请，并提交以下资料：
1） 公司场地使用申请表见（附件1）。
2） 使用人的营业执照或其他相关身份证明文件。
3） 场地使用押金500元。
2、 场地管理部门收到使用人的申请资料后2个工作日内将上述资料进行初步审核，不存在内部使用冲突的情况下提交审核部门审核。
3、 审核部门审核通过或者否决申请的，均应尽快通知场地管理部门。
4、 场地管理部门收到审核通知后通知使用申请人，若审核通过，场地管理部门通知使用申请人按照本规定预先交纳各项费用并协调使用场地的相关事宜，若场地审核部门否决申请，则全额退还押金。
5、 借用场地的使用人按照本管理办法的规定使用相应场地，缴纳相关费用。
五、 其他
1、 涉及到收费及退费的相关事宜，由财务部门协助场地管理部门办理。
2、 场地的钥匙均由场地管理部门持有，任何使用人均不得持有场地的钥匙。
3、 本管理办法即日起生效，相关部门遵照执行。

注 意 事 项
1、各单位借用场地，须提前提出申请，经26楼有关领导批示确认后使用。
2、使用单位严格遵守借用场地的管理制度，禁止吸烟，注意防火安全。
3、使用单位需按照交纳场地费、设备使用费、办公用品费、茶水费等相关费用。
4、使用单位需保持墙壁、地面、桌椅等清洁；不得擅自打开设备或私自乱插接线，爱护场地设施、设备和物品，出现损坏情况，使用单位须照价赔偿。
5、使用完毕后借用单位须负责打扫场地并恢复场地原有状态。
