Obligation of both PartiesParty A shall be liable for the improper packaging of goods that fails to meet the requirements of related National Standard and/or stipulation of this agreement. Placing the orderParty A shall place the order in written form which includes commodity name, quantity, mark, and necessary notice for Party B to implement. Settlement of DisputeAll difference of opinion and disputes arising hereof shall, through amicable negotiations, be settled by two parties hereto. Should, through negotiations, no settlement be reached, the two parties agrees that the case in question shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee Shanghai Branch for arbitration.
