Teaching time:three periods The 1 period Teaching aim: Revise the contents in Unit 1. Teaching materials: letter cards, person tires, tape, picture. Teaching process: I. Let’s sing and dance. “Boy and Girl” II. T make the dialogue with some students. T: Good morning! S: Good morning! T: I am Miss xu. I am from China. Where are you from? S: I am …I am from … III. Let’s practices in groups. S1:Hello!This is my friend… S2: Hello! Nice to meet you! S3: Nice to meet you! Where are you from? S2: I am from… S1: Good bye. S3: Good bye! IV. Revise the letters and words. 1.T show the letter card one by one ,students read it out quickly. 2.T lead students to find out the words which the beginning letter is a\b\c\d\e. 3.Let’s chant together,ABC V. Let’s do following the tape. Do it together or in pairs. VI. Guessing Game: Ask a student come to the front, then cover his eyes. Other students make some voices. He guess that is boy or girl’s voice. 反思:经过假期的休息,学生对上期的知识有一点生疏.虽然游戏、活动的兴趣依然高涨,但课堂有点松散,近几节课需要花点时间营造活而不乱的课堂氛围。 The 2 period Teaching aim: Revise the contents in Unit 2. Teaching materials: letter cards, person tires, tape, picture,CAI Teaching process: I. Let’s sing and dance. “Father and Mother” II. Ask some student come to the front and act the dialogue. Revise the letters and words. 1.T show the letter card one by one ,students read it out quickly. 2.T lead students to find out the words which the beginning letter is f\g\h\i\j. 3.Let’s chant together and clap the hands. 4.Let’s do following the tape. 5. Let’s play my familier. Ask a student say a word, others play the role by action. T play the familier, students say the words quickly. 6.Guessing Game. (CAI) 反思:CAI辅助的“猜一猜”游戏,效果很好。人物快速的随机变化,强烈吸引了学生的目光,活动的参与率达到了95%以上。 The 3 period Teaching aim: Revise the contents in Unit 3. S1: I’m … T: Nice to meet you. S1: Nice to meet you,too. T: I’m from …Where are from? S1: I’m from.. T(to class):This is our new friend… C: Welcome! 2. Students practice the dialogue in groups. 3. Everyone sing this song,Hello, claping their hands. 4. Revise numbers. T ask with gesture: What’s 3/6/4/7/8 and 5/8/7/9/4?. Students answer quickly. 5. T draw some lines on the blackboard,and ask: What’s on the blackboard? How many …can you see? Students guess and answer: I can see… II.Presentation 1. T take out a box,and say: Look! I have …Guess! What is in the box? Students guess in English. T say :Let’s open it and see. Then take out the things one by one.At last, teach to read: chocolates and cookies! 2. T pass the box to a student and say :Open it and see,… How many chocolates? Let’s count! Others count following this student. 3. Students listen to the tape and answer questions. Who’s that boy? Who’s that girl? What’s in the box? How many chocolates? 反思:对话是低年级英语教学的难点,对话的信息量太大,学生很难综合运用。理解性的提问,只有基础较好的学生能理解并正确回答。而且有个共同的问题是学生的对话问答比认读能力强,不认识英语长句是我教学中的一个疏忽,我正摸索较好的教学方法。 The 2 period Teaching aim: Revise the letters.Do some practice to improve the students’ integrating skills. S1: Let’s count! 4. T show a family photo, introduce the familiars. Students introduce their familiars one by one. II.Presentation 1. Ask three students come to the front and make a family with T.T say: I’m mother.Who plays father? Then actors introduce himself one by one. 2. Play the recorder. Students chant following the tape. T emphasize some sentences in the chant. III. Practice 1. Students act the chant together. 2. T show the letter cards, student read it out quickly. 3. Show the picture, Listen, jump and read. T demonstrate to play the game with a student. Students play the game in pairs. The 3 period Teaching aim:Revise the family words and letters . Can sing this song,The More We Get Together Teaching materials: letter cards, number cards, tape Teaching process: I. Warm up 1. Students sing this song,Boy and Girl, claping their hands. 2. Students practice the daily dialogue. S1: Hello!How many pencils in your pencil-box? S2: Let’s count!Oh!… S1:I have new crayons! S2: Oh! How many crayons do you have? (count together) II. Practice 1. Ask four students come to the front and make a family.Others chant and clap following the tape. 2. Play the recorder, students hum the song, The More We Get Together. T teach to sing. Students sing the song together, and act the song in groups. III. Assessment Students dictation the letters. Unit 4 Do you like pears? Teaching aim: 1.Can understand and say:Do you like…? Yes,I like…/No,I don’t like… What about …? Yes, please. I like… very much. Let’s have some… Certainly. Can apply the dialogue in circumstance. 2.Can understand and speak some fruit vocabulary and some words which the beginning letter is o\p\q\r\s\t. 3. Can know,speak,read and write the letters, O,P,Q,R,S,T. V. Teaching emphasis: Grasp the dialogues and vocabularies in Unit4. VI. Teaching difficulty: Can apply comprehensively the knowledge they learnt. VII. Teaching time: 12 periods The 1 period Teaching aim: Can understand ,know and speak the fruit wordspeach,orange,pear,watermelon. Teaching materials: tape, fresh fruit, word cards. Teaching process: I. Warm up 1. Play the recorder, students chant and dance, I Can See A Rainbow. 2. Practice the daily dialogue. Good morning! Good morning! How old are you? I am … Who’s that boy? He’s … 3. Review the color words. II. Presentation 1. T take out a pear and say, Look! I have a pear. It’s yellow. Teach to read. Students read the word one by one. 2. T say: This fruit is orange, please guess what’s it ? Students guess. Teach the word, Orange. By the same, teach the words, peach,watermelon. 3. Play the recorder, students read after tape and point it out. III. Practice 1. Matching Game: Students get into two groups. One group say the fruit word, another find out the picture. 2. Drawing Game: Students practise in pairs. One student say the fruit word, another draw it out. Then change the roles. IV. Add activities Speak the fruits name and color to parents . 反思:从水果的颜色让学生猜出这种水果,在活动中把新旧知识自然的结合起来,既复习了颜色单词,又加深了学生对水果外型的感性认识,引入的效果非常好。 The 2 period Teaching aim: Consolidate the fruit words peach,orange,pear,watermelon. Teaching materials: tape, fresh fruit, word cards. Teaching process: I. Warm up 1.Play the recorder, students sing this song, The More We Get Together 2.Practice the daily dialogue. S1:Hi! S2:Hello! Practice 1.Play the recorder, students read after tape and point it out. 2. Guessing Game: T show the cross section of fruit,let students guess which fruit it is. 3. T show the back of the word card, ask students guess the fruit. 4.T draw a watermelon on blackboard, lead students to understand the meaning of Draw. Then other students say a fruit name, Ask a student to draw it out and color it on the blackboard. Practise in groups. Students 5. Drawing Game: Students practise in groups. A student play the Group leader, say the fruit name. Others draw and color. II. Assessment Do activity-book. Page 24 The 3 period Teaching aim: Can understand and say,Do you like…?Yes, I like…/No,I don’t like… What about …? Teaching materials: tape, picture,fruit word cards,person tires, Teaching process: I. Warm up 1.Play the recorder, students sing this song, Let’s have a picnic today. 2.Practice the daily dialogue by competition in groups. S1:Hi! Do you like hamburgers? S2:Hello! Yes, I like it. S2:What do you like? S1:I like… 3.Guessing Game,Review the fruit words. II. Presentation T put some food and fruits on the teaching desk, then take out a hamburger and say: I like hamburger. Do you like hamburger? Lead students to answer. T take out a peach and ask: Do you like peaches? Ask some students to answer. Then T take out a orange, and say: I like orange very much. T lead to understand, very much by expression. 2. Students read the phrase, very much. 3.Students practice the dialogue in groups do you like…? Yes, I like …/No, I don’t like… 3. T take out a pear and say: What about pear? Do you like pears? Lead to answer, and explain the meaning of what about… III. Practice 1.Students practise the dialogue in pairs. A: Do you like peaches? B: Yes, I do./No, I don’t like peaches. A: What about apples? B: Yes, I like apples very much. 2.Have a dialogue competition between girls and boys: IV. Add activities Listen to the tape and read the dialogue. The 4 period Teaching aim: Consolidate the dialogue,Do you like…?Yes, I like…/No,I don’t like… What about …? Can apply the dialogue in circumstance. Teaching materials: tape, picture,fruit word cards,person tires, Teaching process: I. Warm up 1.Play the recorder, students sing this song, The More We Get Together. 2.T make the dialogue with some students. T :Good morning! S:Good morning! T: What do you like? S:I like… T: Do you like pears? S:Yes, I like them very much! 3.Practice daily dialogue. Students pass the ball with the music. As music stopping, the student must practice the dialogue who hold the ball II Presentation 1. Play the recorder, students read after it. 2.T ask: Do you like pears? What about peaches? Students answer together. Then teacher take out pears and peaches and say: Let’s have some pears and peaches! Students read this sentence. III. Practice 1.Students practise the dialogue in pairs. A: Do you like peaches? B: Yes, I do./No, I don’t like peaches. A: What about apples? B: Yes, I like apples very much. 2.Students interview freely in the class, then fill the investigation form. 3. Ask some students come to the front and act the dialogue with the fruit. IV . Add activities Students ask others about favorite fruit after class. 反思:跟读对话时,我要求学生眼到、口到、手到、心到。让学生读一句用手指一句,希望能提高学生对句子的认读能力。 The 5 period Teaching aim: Can listen, spaeak,read and write the letters,O,P,Q. Can understand and speak the words, orange,peach,pear,queen,quiet. Grasp the chant. Teaching materials: tape, letter cards, word cards. Teaching process: I. Warm up 1.T greet with students. 2.Practice the daily dialogue.Students ask and answer one by one in groups. S1:Hello!What do you like? S2:I like … 3.Review the letters. II. Presentation 1.T show the picture, orange,and ask: What’s this? Students answer: It’s an orange. T point to the first letter and ask: What letter is this? Teach the letter, O. Encourage students find out more words started by letter o. 2. By the same way , teach letter,P,Q 3.Play the recorder, students point and read. 4.Students practice Let’s chant following tape. T explain the meaning of enjoy. III. Practice 1. Game, Find friends. Teacher disorder the letter card on the blackboard, ask students match the big letter with the relevant small letter. 2. Look at the words and draw it out. 3. Students get into two groups, and practice the chant. The 6 period Teaching aim: Can listen ,read and speak the fruit words banana,apple,strawberry,grapes. Teaching materials: tape, fresh fruit, word cards,paper,crayon. Teaching process: I. Warm up a) Play the recorder, students chant and dance.. b) Practice the daily dialogue.Students ask and answer one by one. Good morning! Good morning! Do you like …? Yes, I like …very much. Oh! Let’s have some … c) Review the fruits words. II. Presentation a) T take out a pear and ask, Do you like pear? Students answer, Yes, I like pear. T show a strawberry and ask, What about strawberry? Teach to read, strawberry. b) T say: This fruit is yellow and long body, please guess what’s it ? Students guess. Teach the word, banana. By the same way, teach the words, apple,grapes. c) Play the recorder, students read after tape and point it out. III. Practice a) Touching Game: Teacher put some fruit picture on the blackboard and order, eg, Run to an apple. Students get into two groups. The first one of every group come to the blackboard and touch this picture. b) Drawing And Painting: Teacher order, Draw an apple.Colour it red. Draw a banana. Colour it yellow Draw a pear.
