Good afternoon, everyone. It is my pleasure to represent all of teachers in Junior Three to give you this speech. Today is a special day.
After 100 days, you will finish your unforgettable middle school time. After 100 days, you will say farewell to your school which you have studied at for three years. After 100 days, you will leave your teachers and classmates who have companied with you morning and night. After 100 days, you will rise to your first challenge in your life-- senior high school entrance examination.

At this moment, as a teacher who are together with you all the time, I am filled with emotional thoughts. Your young face that you just entered 实中 is like yesterday, and the past we have shared is before my eyes, but in a stroke, the horn of hundred-days campaign has been sounded. For the first time, the wheel of fate sails to your battlefront in life. 100 days is short. In the history river, it likes a drop. In one’s life, it is just an instant. 100 days is very long. It is so long as to change one’s fate, because though the road of life is long, the key steps are few. And now, the 100 days is the key step to determine your success or failure.

This 100-days will be a mix of happiness and pain. This 100-days will be a battle of pressure and competition. This 100-days will be a collision between wisdom and hardworking. This 100-days will be a confrontation with body and mind. This 100-days is the nine-years hard study, the expectation, and the final sprint. This 100-days can cast a glory and change one’s life, it can also end with a tear and regrets for whole life. How many decisive battles like this 100-days you can encounter in your whole life?

Drear schoolmates, in this 100-days, you are not alone. We, the whole teachers in Junior Three, will go hand in hand with you to the final 100-days in your junior school time, and we will fight alongside you in the same boat all the time! Your most shining young flower season will go into our lives. Every brilliant smiling face and every sunny pursuit of yours will stay in our memories. In this 100 days, we couldn’t give you more except for trying all our efforts to fuel for your far sailing. I, on behalf of the whole teachers in Junior Three, do solemnly swear: I will put in the work of examine preparation with huge enthusiasm and pragmatic attitude，learning hard, preparing the lesson elaborately, teaching students scientifically, correcting homework carefully, counselling classmates patiently，working united and carrying solidarity, without neglecting one question and abandoning one student.

In the last 100 days, maybe we will have stricter demand, harder training, and more severe criticism to you, but believe that every one of teachers will be consistent, as the catcher in the rye, watching you grow up step by step! Our shoulders are thin probably, but we would put all the efforts to hold up your glory of future on our not very strong shoulders.

In the last 100 days, hope you aim-high but down-to-earth. Hope you will more steady, less fickle; more confident, less arrogant, more diligent, less lazy. Struggle hard and never give up with no hesitation and waver. Make full use of every minute to do all your best to prepare the examination, and give satisfied response to your school that cultivate you industrious and parents who nurture you carefully.

Drear schoolmates, the horn of the examination has been sounded. Fighting! Dear schoolmates, the steps of youth beat the battle drum, and the arms for oath rise the whip. Let us put down the proud past, throw away the illusion of tomorrow. Let us go forward hand in hand, struggle with difficulty, race with time, spread our flying wings, make solid strides, cross the threshold of fate，and fight for our ideals. Fight for 100 days, making the ambition and dream fly in June. Fight for 100 days, making the smart shining in June.
