WEIHAIWEI HOTEL is a four-star hotel, has been elected as one of the 100 Finest Star-Rated hotels in China for successive 3years. The quality system and Environment has been in conformity with GB/T 19001-2000 and GB/T14001-1996 standard since 2003.
Our hotel stands in the commercial center of Weihai, 200rooms. You can enjoy Shandong dishes, Canton dishes, Sichuan dishes and Korean, Japanese, Western food in 30 restaurants with a seating capacity of 1000.The popular saying goes as "go to Weihaiwei for dinner" and also "the First Unit for Eating Globefish in China".

This agreement is entered into by and between Party A and Party B through friendly consultations and under the principle of mutual benefit and joint development.

II、 OTHER PREFERENTIAL ITEMS：

4. Night club charge take 20% discount.
5. Bath center sauna take 20% discount.

III、BOOKING AND CHANGE:
To book our hotel please phone or fax us in advance one day (long holidays need 7days in advance). If you need to change or cancel booking please inform us in advance too.

IV、ACCOUNT：
Please use Account counter at the reception. If your company will do the account for the guests please let us know in advance.

V、OTHERS：
If we have any change of the rates or service above we will inform you in 30 days.
According to the room situation, we might provide another type of room or suite for your guests.
Both Party A and Party B represent to the other party as the provider and receiver of confidential information, and thus both undertake confidentiality obligations and liabilities.
This agreement is made in 2 originals of even valid and enforceability. Each of the parties shall hold 1 originals.
Ⅵ、Arbitration :
All disputes shall be settled friendly through negotiation. in case no settlement can be reached, the case then may be submitted for arbitration to the Arbitration Commission of Weihai city. the Arbitration committee shall be final.
