6、程参建单位:建设单位:xx医学院设计单位:xxxx设计建设有限公司地勘单位:xxxx勘测院监理单位: xx建工监理有限公司审计单位:xxxx咨询有限公司施工单位:xxxx工程有限公司本工程为xx医学院xx校区公共实验楼(实验室及附属工程),该栋房屋主要是满足学生教学实验。建筑物呈扇形靠图书馆为正立面,正立面外墙装饰有幕墙、陶土干挂石材,背立面有环形走廊体现整个建筑物的现代感、时代感,如下图:拟建建筑物为多层建筑地上五层,建筑面积43706其中地下一层建筑面积9932。结构形式框架,抗震等级三级,负一层为车库(平时)人防(战时),一层为阶梯教室、教研室,二五层为阶梯教室、普通教室、教研室。负一层

7、5.1米建筑层高,一层5.4米,二五层4.5米,建筑物总高度23.4米。拟建建筑物地下室底板厚度300mm,底板上有400mm的结构垫层。一层底板厚250mm,一层上有环形通道并有人行道等如下图所示:本工程建筑采用端承桩作为基础,根据设计施工图内容共计285个孔桩,其中设计12个孔桩为机械成孔,其余均为人工挖孔桩。我项目部认为取消机械成孔全部采用人工挖孔桩成孔,孔桩护壁混凝土强度等级为C30,孔桩填芯混凝土强度等级C30。根据岩土工程勘察报告人工挖孔桩有勘察报告概况如表1.2-1。表1.2-1 人工挖孔桩设计概况表序号地勘孔号(ZK)遇见持力层标高(m)设计孔口标高(m)孔桩部位新近回填土厚度

32、857.54.4854.1111.4284根据查阅地勘资料超过16m孔桩共计113个,没有勘察资料孔桩共计48个。人工挖孔桩编号图见附件一,人工挖孔桩超深孔位图见附件二,机械成孔布置图见附件三,人工挖孔超深孔及机械成孔桩柱状图见附件四。人工挖孔桩按深度共计分为13种型号如下:1.3 现场地质情况在岩土工程勘察报告中拟建工程概况“拟建公共实验楼(实验室及附属工程)场地处于开挖回填阶段”,且关于地形地貌描述“孔口高程在849.80858.30之间,相对高差为9.00m”。 本工程地勘单位在勘测时工程项目场地内为原始丘陵缓坡地带,勘测结束后建设单位组织挖填作业,待我单位进场施工,场地地形地貌与原地勘

33、勘测时地形发生改变。拟建项目实测实量中,发现场地内有大量新近回填土。经我单位平基作业,按设计标准平基标高为857.35m。所有孔桩开挖原始高程为857.35m。新近回填土高度011M。地勘单位勘测时所出岩土工程勘察报告可知,场地地层按其成因自上而下分为素填土、红粘土和强风化及中风化白云岩组成。场地地下水由第四系土层松散孔隙水(上层滞水)和下伏基岩岩溶裂隙水。其中第四系松散孔隙水主要赋存于素填土层。岩土工程勘察报告内地基均匀性评价如下:素填土层:为新近回填,未完成自重固结,厚度不均匀,在0.004.50m之间承载力低。即地基均匀性较差。红粘土层:黄色,土质均匀,致密状。分布不均匀,分布厚度1.0013.30m,地基均匀性差。强风化白云岩:浅灰色,中厚层状。分布均匀连续,力学强度相对较低。中风化白云岩:浅灰色,中厚层状。分布均匀力学强度高,以该层为本建筑物的持力层。素填土层无力学性能,红粘土层承载力特征值fak=165kpa,强风化白云岩承载力特征值fak=400kpa,中风化白云岩承载力特征值fak=3600kpa。机械成孔共计12个孔号如下:序号地勘孔号(ZK)桩身设计长度(m)121024.7217823.33183
