安全服务协议书
Agreement for Security Operating Service

安全服务关系到所有工作人员的生命和财产安全，关系到甲乙双方职工的情绪和亲身利益，为确保安全服务期间所有工作人员的人身安全，特签订此协议：
The safe service is related with the safety of the workers’s life and property, the personal emotion and benefits of employee and social stability. In order to ensure the workers’s safety, the Buyer and the Seller agree to establish this agreement based on the following terms and conditions:
一、甲方将派遣技术人员对乙方设备进行全面和系统的服务，在此期间乙方应听从甲方派遣的技术人员的安排和准备必须的消防设备（灭火器 灭火沙 防火服装）。
The seller will send technician that in charge of systematical service, and client is suggested to arrange needed fire fighting apparatus(fire extinguisher、extinguishing sand 、fire prevention clothing).
二、甲方技术人员不在现场或者甲方技术人员没有指挥乙方或乙方工作人员进行工作，乙方或乙方人员不得擅自行动，否则造成的任何损失全部由乙方承担，甲方不承担任何责任。
The seller will not take any responsibility about the lose that caused by the unauthorized operating or operating go against to the instruction.
三、乙方和乙方工作人员，必须听从甲方技术人员的安排和调度，不得以任何理由拒绝执行甲方技术人员的指挥。否则造成的任何损失全部由乙方承担，甲方不承担任何责任。
Operators are not supposed to do anything disobedient the suggestions from our technician during production or the responsibility will be taken by totally by client.
四、乙方必须确保乙方工作人员的技术能力，如因乙方工作人员的技术或能力不够，造成炉体焊接或油气管道连接以及水电线路的不合格而导致的损失，甲方以及甲方技术人员不承担任何责任。
The seller will take all the responsibility of the lose caused by operator’s shortage of technology and ability to run the plant.
五、除以上要求外甲方技术人员有权根据具体情况安排工作，乙方以及乙方工作人员应无条件执行以确保服务工作的安全进行。
The seller’s technician has right to arrange operating details according the objective situation, operators have to obey the arrangements in order to keep the service move forward smoothly.
六、甲方技术人员完成对设备的技术服务后，乙方应该确保操作工人生产时必须持证上岗，并做好生产记录及检修记录，其他人员不得自行单独操作，否则出现任何问题甲方概不负责。
After the finalization of tech service, only operators authorized by working license are supposed to run the plant and fulfill the production recording and maintenance recording procedures, or the client will take all the lose caused by incorrect operation.
注：如果乙方操作人员无上岗证，甲方技术人员有权利对乙方操作人员进行重新培训。
Note: The seller’s technician has duty to re-train the operators till they are skilled to be authorized by working license.
七、以上程序结束甲方技术人员安全服务结束。本协议一式两份甲乙双方各一份。
The service shall be considered as qualified after all above tasks finished. This Agreement is in two copies,and each of the two sides keep one.
备注：此文件有中英文两种版本，此协议因语言及文字不同因素，已知晓此协议所有内容，客户方在签名处签字后，即产生法律效力。如有冲突，以中文版本为准。
Remarks: The document is in Chinese and English Version. It will be clarified that the customers has already known this doc clearly no matter whether he can understand the language or words. And the doc will be valid with customers’ signature. If there is any conflict, the Chinese Version shall be valid.
