根据有关法律法规，在自愿平等协商一致的基础上，就甲方将其单位保安工作委托乙方管理的事宜，经友好协商达成一致意见，特订立本合同。
Under the relevant laws and regulations, a consensus basis of the voluntary and equality, Party A willing to delegate Party B for its security management matters, agreed through friendly consultations, and signed this contract.
第一条 ：委托事项
Ⅰ: Delegation
甲方将其单位的保安业务委托给乙方管理。
Party A willing to delegate Party B for its security management matters.
（一）维护甲方门前正常的工作秩序，禁止非本院车辆及无关人员进入；
（1）Maintain a normal working order in front gate of party a, prohibiting non-relevant vehicles and personnel entering;
（二）外来人员需征得被访人同意，经登记后入内；
（2）Outsider required the consent of the visiting people agreed that upon registration entry;
（三）保证院内车辆有序停放；
（3）Insure vehicles parked ordered in the site;
（四）做好夜间监控记录工作，同时做好夜间各种防范工作；
（4）Keep night monitor work in record, at the same time doing various night precautions;
（五）特殊情况下可按甲方领导临时指派执行守护任务；
（五）Under special circumstances, perform assigned temporary security task order by the manager of the Party A;
第二条 ：委托期限
Ⅱ: Delegated Period
甲方委托乙方对其单位保安管理的期限为 年，从 年 月 日至 年 月 日止。
The period of Party A delegate Party B for its security management shall start from yy mm dd till yy mm dd.
第三条 ：委托费用及支付时间
Ⅲ: Delegated fees and payment terms
甲方根据工作需要，乙方为甲方派保安员 名，甲方支付费用应为保
安员上岗15日内，向乙方按月支付保安费每月每人 元。
In accordance with the needs of Party A, Party B shall send security guards for Party A, Party A should pay the fees within 15 after security guards on duties, Party A should pay Party B Yuan per person for the security guards worked in monthly.
第四条：保安标准
Ⅳ: Security guards qualification
乙方接受甲方依法提出的保安标准，保安人员标准如下：
Party B takes the security standards of the Party A according to laws, security staffs standards are as follows:
1、 无前科劣迹；
1. No criminal record;
2、 无纹身；
2. No tattoos
3、 年龄22—48周岁；
3 Ages 22-48 years old
4、 身高1.70米以上。
4. Height more then 1.70 M.
第五条：甲方的权利和义务
Ⅴ: Rights and obligations of Party A
（一） 权利
（1）Rights
1、 拥有对乙方的保安行为监督指导的权利；
1. Have rights to supervision and guidance Party B's security activity.
2、 拥有要求乙方确保执行保安标准的权利;
2. Have rights to request Party B to ensure the implementation of security standards;
3、 拥有对乙方重大保安管理措施的审定权；
3. Have rights to approve Party B’s major security management measures;
4、 拥有对乙方保安员辞退、调换、处罚的建议权，乙方应接受甲方建议。
4. Have suggest rights for dismissal, exchanges and punishment recommended of Party B’s security guards, Party B should be accepted the recommendation.
（二）义务
（2）Obligations
1、 甲方有义务为乙方保安员提供必要的工作条件；
1. Party a has the obligations to provide the necessary conditions of work for Party B’s security personnel;
2、 提供必要的保安措施；
2. Provide the necessary security measures;
3、 向乙方按期支付保安费的义务。
3. Obligations to pay Party B for security costs on time.
第六条：乙方的权利和义务
Ⅵ: Rights and obligations of Party B
（一） 权利
（1）Rights
1、 拥有依甲方委托管理其单位的治安的权利；
1. Has the security management right entrusted by Party A on the site;
2、 拥有取得报酬的权利；
2. Have the right to get remuneration;
3、 拥有要求甲方协助完成其保安管理的权利。
3. Have a right to require that Party A to cooperate for its security management duty.
（二）义务
（2）Obligations
1、 乙方指派 名保安员负责甲方的安全护卫任务，其中必须有2名保安员具有消防控制室上岗资格，取得上岗证的培训费用由甲方承担，但取得上岗证的保安人员必须在甲方工作满一年，否则，甲方有权从应付的保安费用中扣回相应的培训费支出；
1. Party B shall assigned security guards in charge of Party A safe guarding task, which must have 2 security guards with fire-fighting control room qualification, the training costs of the certificate borne by the Party A, but the certificated security personnel must be work for Party a for full year, otherwise, Party A is entitled to deduct the training expenditure from the security costs;
2、 乙方保安员应严格按甲方委托事项完成规定的工作任务，确保甲方正常的工作生活秩序。正确使用各种保安设施、设备。履行岗位职责要求，并遵守甲方符合法律规定和各项规章制度和保安职业道德守则。
2. The security guards of Party B should complete the work tasks according to Party A’s delegation strictly, ensure Party A normal working order. Correctly use all of security measures and equipment. Perform the duties requirements, and to abide Party A’s provisions, regulations and code of professional ethics for security in conformity with the laws.
3、 发生在执勤区域内的刑事案件、治安案件和治安灾害事故，及时处理并报告甲方和当地公安机关，采取措施保护发案现场，协助公安机关侦查各类治安刑事案件，依法妥善处理责任范围内的其他突发事件。
3. In cases of criminal cases, magistracy cases and security disasters occurred in the region while on duty, Party B shall timely report to Party A and the local public police, to take measures to protect the incidence to assist police investigating for criminal or security cases, properly handled unexpected events according to law within the scope of duty.
4、 落实防火、防盗、防破坏等安全防范措施，发现责任区域内的安全隐患，及时报告甲方并协助予以处理。
4. Implementation of fire, theft, damage prevention and other security measures, found the risks in the responsible security region, timely report to Party A and assist for treatment.
5、 乙方选派的保安员必须经过正规的保安培训，无违法犯罪前科，并向甲方提供保安人员的人事档案。
5. Security guards send by Party B must get through official security training, no criminal record, and provide security officer's personnel file to the Party A.
6、 乙方为保安人员配备制服及基本保安装备，并负责保安员的工资。
6. Party B shall equip with the basic security equipment and uniforms for security personnel, and is responsible for the security staff wages.
7、 加强对保安员的在岗培训、监督和管理，确保安全服务的优质高效。
7. Strengthening job training, supervision and management on security guards, ensure high quality and efficiency of the security services.
第七条 ：保安工作设施及服装的配备
Ⅶ: Security facility and uniforms
（一）甲方在合同有效期内为乙方提供办公场所及更衣柜等；
（1）Party A shall provide Party B with office space and dressing Cabinet within the contract valid period;
（二）保安员工作服装由乙方统一配备；
（2）security guards work uniforms shall unified equip by Party A;
（三）保安员按甲方标准就餐。
（3）Security guards shall repast at the Party A standard.
第八条 ：合同的解除
Ⅷ: Termination
1、 双方协商解除；
1. Terminated by consensus of both Parties
2、 合同期满；
2. Contract expired
3、 一方严重违约，使合同无法履行；
3. Serious breach of a party, unable to fulfill the contract;
4、 因不可抗力使合同无法继续履行的。
4. Cause by force majeure and could not continue to fulfill the contract.
第九条：在合同有效期内，经甲乙双方协商一致，可变更本合同。
Ⅸ: Within the validity period of the contract, after both parties consensus may amend this contract.
第十条：违约责任
Ⅹ: Breaching
（一）甲方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合同给乙方造成损失的，甲方应予以赔偿。
（1）Party A shall strictly fulfill the contract conditions, shall not terminate the contract without Party B’s consensus, if the loss due to rescind the contract without consensus to Party B occurred, Party A shall be compensated.
（二）乙方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因乙方擅自解除合同给甲方造成损失的，乙方应予以赔偿。
（2）Party B shall strictly fulfill the contract conditions, shall not terminate the contract without Party A’s consensus, if the loss due to rescind the contract without consensus to Party A occurred, Party B shall be compensated.
第十一条：争议的解决
ⅩⅠ: Settlement of disputes
甲乙双方在履行合同的过程中发生争议，应协商解决，协商不成，任意一方可向人民法院起诉。
Dispute occurs during the performance of the contract, should be resolved through consultation, if negotiation fails, either party may apply to the people's Court.
第十二条：本合同如因第八条第3、4款原因解除应及时通知对方当事人。
ⅩⅡ: If this contract is terminated cause by term 3 and 4 of articleⅧ, should promptly notify to the other party.
第十三条：本合同未尽事宜，甲乙双方协商签订补充合同，补充合同与本合同具有同等法律效力。
ⅩⅢ: For the matters not concerned of this contract, both parties can signed a supplementary contract, supplementary contracts and this contracts have the same legal effect.
第十四条：本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，从甲乙双方签字盖章之日起生效。
ⅩⅣ: This original contract in duplicate, each party holds one copy, shall be entry into force from the date both parties signed.
