尊敬的各位领导、各位代表、同志们！金鸡报晓，人勤春早，阳春三月，生机盎然。这两天，我镇“两会”代表，喜气洋洋，欢聚一堂，共商发展大计，共谋今年工作举措，看大会的各项报告，听代表的小组讨论，到处洋溢着和谐稳定，加快发展的良好氛围；到处体现着团结拼搏，务实创新的精神，这块发展的热土，正在播种新的希望。承蒙各位代表的厚爱，选举我为人民政府副镇长，从获得的一张张选票上，我看到了各位代表对我的莫大信任，更感到了人民对我的殷切期望，在此，我表示由衷的感谢！我将以今天为新的起点，在今后的岁月中，做到以下三点：一是注重学习，学习历史，学习人民，学习身边的人。通过学习不断提高自身素质，增强服务群众、奉献社会的本领；二是务实工作，注重实际，讲求实效，努力做好党委、政府分工的工作；三是广交朋友，奉行诚实做人，与人为善，力求以良好的人际关系，推进各项工作。我恳请各位领导、各位代表平时对我要多多支持、多多监督：支持我多做有益于经济和社会发展的事；支持我多做有益于塑造形象的事；监督我依法办事，勤政为民；监督我淡泊名利，廉洁奉公；帮助我做一个能够受桥头人民欢迎的人。春天，鸟语花香，景色怡人；春天，播种希望，更催人奋进！我将在党委、政府的领导下，自觉接受人大和代表的监督，紧紧依靠镇、村干部，按照两会制定的工作目标，与大家一道，齐心协力，扎实工作，为建设美好、和谐的新桥头，做出应有的贡献！谢谢大家！ 尊敬的各位领导、同志们：大家好！我演讲的题目是：一个加油站长的“三心二意”。大家一定觉得奇怪，“三心二意”是个贬义词，怎么跟加油站长扯到一块了呢？别急，且听我慢慢道来。从一名普通的加油员到一个站的站长，在这短短的一个多月时间里，在领导的关心指导和同事的支持下，我顺利实现了角色的转换，以更大的热情全身心投入到工作当中。我想，是中石化给了我这个尽情发挥自己潜力的平台；是中石化给了我这个充分体现自己人生价值的空间。虽然只是短暂的一个月，但通过这段日子的历练，对于如何做一个称职的站长，我也有了自己的一些感悟：作为一站之长，除了提高自身素质，加强学习之外，还要有”三心二意”。我这里所说的“三心”是指责任心、细心、虚心、爱心？，“二意”为意志、诚意。“责任”二字重于泰山。没有责任心的领导不是合格的领导，没有责任心的员工不是优秀的员工，工作就意味着责任。在这个世界上，没有不需承担责任的工作，而且你的职位越高，权利越大，你所肩负的责任就越重，责任意识也会让我们表现更加卓越。站长的工作平凡而琐碎，但对于整个油站的运作却又起着至关重要的作用，只有以高度的责任心，从根本上树立“爱站如家”的观念，同时努力提高员工以公司为大家庭的高度责任感，才能促使每一位员工爱岗敬业，奉献企业，才能让每一位员工永保激情，投身企业。当然，仅仅有责任心还是不够的，工作中还必须有足够的细心。“做好每一个细节，就能取得胜利。从成功到灾难，只有一步之差。在每一次危机中，一些细节往往决定全局”，这是约翰?列侬说的话。作为一名站长，琐碎的工作要求更注重细节。比如日常的安全检查中，哪怕只看到手指大的油花、一颗松动的螺钉也不能粗心大意。正如海尔集团总裁张瑞敏所言：“把每一件简单的事情做好就是不简单，把每一件平凡的事做好就是不平凡。”要把一点一滴的小事做好，把一分一秒的时间抓牢，于细微之处见真知。    “骄傲使人落后，虚心使人进步”，在工作中，虚心永远是我们必备的基本素质。满招损，谦得益，学无止境，保持低调的态度，向周围的领导、同事学习。牛顿说过：“我不知道人家怎样看我，但是在我自己看来，我就像一个海滩上的小孩子，偶尔拾到较为光滑的圆石，而真理的大海我并未发现。”谦虚的胸怀，正是牛顿取得不朽成就的基础。当然，谦虚不是万事盲从，别人说什么就什么，谦虚是一种尊重的行为，是一种智慧，一种人生境界。我们要善听别人的意见，集众人智慧于一身，更要善于思考，善于判断，善于总结，善于创新。此外，对工作有爱心，才能投以更大的热情；对员工有爱心，才能创造一个和谐的家园。要每一位员工爱站如家，作为管理者，首先必须要让油站有家的感觉，关爱员工，要把员工当作自己的亲人，把在一起工作看成是一种缘分，用心去关怀关心下属。一个热情的问候，一句关心的话语，一个微笑，一个点头，一些充满爱心的叮嘱，对领导来讲是不经意或极为平常的，但对下属的员工来说则是一个极大的鼓舞，都会在工作中起到对下属的激励作用。关爱员工，就是要有宽人之心，容人之量。要有讲诚信的美德，要有敢于承认错误的勇气，还要有不以权力压人的势态，更要有不分亲疏厚薄的仁爱。除了以上所说的“三心”，站长还要有“两意”：意志和诚意。说到意志，墨子有言：“志不强者智不达”。古往今来，欲成大事者，必是意志坚定的人。因为意志坚定的人对工作有坚定的信仰，他相信能够从事眼前的工作，他相信能够应付眼前的阻碍，他相信能够改变眼前的困境。他具备随时坚定进行的能力，随时坚定进行的决心，这使他轻视障碍，使他嘲笑困难，使他增强了成功的力量。做好一件事就像冲咖啡一样，而意志就像水，没有水就冲不了咖啡，没有坚强的意志，也就没有成功。21世纪是一个团队至上的时代，所有事业都将是团队事业，只有拥有一支具有很强向心力、凝聚力、战斗力的团队，拥有一批彼此间互相鼓励、支持、学习、合作的员工，企业才能不断前进，壮大。“百涓之水，汇成江海”，个人的力量是有限的，此时，员工的管理和团结显得尤为重要。在员工的管理方面，我认为站长应该以“诚意”二字贯穿始终。不管是从历史的角度，还是从人际交往的角度，管理者都应该常怀诚意之心来对待下属和同事，将心比心多进行“换位思考”，站在下属的立场多想一想。以诚意面对下属，以诚意尊重下属，以诚意感动下属。惟有诚意，才能进行有效的沟通；惟有诚意，合作关系才能持久；惟有诚意，企业才会有真正意义上的团结和凝聚力。天空因蔚蓝而美丽，工作因执着而伟大，企业因团结而发展。朋友们，让我们携起手来，带着这“三心二意”，为中石化的发展而努力！我的演讲完毕！谢谢大家 vice president johnson, mr. speaker, mr. chief justice, president eisenhower, vice president nixon, president truman, reverend clergy, fellow citizens, we observe today not a victory of party, but a celebration of freedom-symbolizing an end, as well as a beginning-signifying renewal, as well as change. for i have sworn i before you and almighty god the same solemn oath our forebears l prescribed nearly a century and three quarters ago. the world is very different now. for man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life. and yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe-the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of god. we dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of americans-born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage-and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world. let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty. this much we pledge-and more. to those old allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share, we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. united, there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. divided, there is little we can do-for we dare not meet a powerful challenge at odds and split asunder. to those new states whom we welcome to the ranks of the free, we pledge our word that one form of colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. we shall not always expect to find them supporting our view. but we shall always hope to find them strongly supporting their own freedom-and to remember that, in the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside. to those peoples in the huts and villages across the globe struggling to break the bonds of mass misery, we pledge our best efforts to help them help themselves, for whatever period is required-not because the communists may be doing it, not because we seek their votes, but because it is right. if a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich. to our sister republics south of our border, we offer a special pledge-to convert our good words into good deeds-in a new alliance for progress-to assist free men and free governments in casting off the chains of poverty. but this peaceful revolution of hope cannot become the prey of hostile powers. let all our neighbors know that we shall join with them to oppose aggression or subversion anywhere in the americas. and let every other power know that this hemisphere intends to remain the master of its own house. to that world assembly of sovereign states, the united nations, our last best hope in an age where the instruments of war have far outpaced the instruments of peace, we renew our pledge of support-to prevent it from becoming merely a forum for invective-to strengthen its shield of the new and the weak-and to enlarge the area in which its writ may run. finally, to those nations who would make themselves our adversary, we offer not a pledge but a request: that both sides begin anew the quest for peace, before the dark powers of destruction unleashed by science engulf all humanity in planned or accidental self-destruction. we dare not tempt them with weakness. for only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed. but neither can two great and powerful groups of nations take comfort from our present course-both sides overburdened by the cost of modern weapons, both rightly alarmed by the steady spread of the deadly atom, yet both racing to alter that uncertain balance of terror that stays the hand of mankinds final war. so let us begin anew-remembering on both sides that civility is not a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof. let us never negotiate out of fear. but let us never fear to negotiate. let both sides explore what problems unite us instead of belaboring those problems which divide us. let both sides, for the first time, formulate serious and precise proposals for the inspection and control of arms-and bring the absolute power to destroy other nations under the absolute control of all nations. let both sides seek to invoke the wonders of science instead of its terrors. together let us explore the stars, conquer the deserts, eradicate disease, tap the ocean depths, and encourage the arts and commerce. let both sides unite to heed in all corners of the earth the command of isaiah-to “undo the heavy burdens . and to let the oppressed go free.” and if a beachhead of cooperation may push back the jungle of suspicion, let both sides join in creating a new endeavor, not a new balance of power, but a new world of law, where the strong are just and the weak secure and the peace preserved. all this will not be finished in the first 100 days. nor will it be finished in the first 1,000 days, nor in the life of this administration, nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. but let us begin. in your hands, my fellow citizens, more than in mine, will rest the final success or failure of our course. since this country was founded, each generation of americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. the graves of young americans who answered the call to service surround the globe. now the trumpet summons us again-not as a call to bear arms, though arms we need; not as a call to battle, though embattled we are-but a call to bear the burden of a long twilight struggle, year in and year out, “rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation”-a struggle against the common enemies of man: tyranny, poverty, disease, and war itself. can we forge against these enemies a grand and global alliance, north and south, east and west, that can assure a more fruitful life for all mankind? will you join in that historic effort? in the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. i do not shank from this responsibility-i welcome it. i do not believe that any of us would exchange places with any other people or any other generation. the energy, the faith, the devotion which we bring to this endeavor will light our country and all who serve it-and the glow from that fire can truly light the world. and so, my fellow americans: ask not what your country can do for you-ask what you can do for your country. my fellow citizens of the world: ask not what america will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man. finally, whether you are citizens of america or citizens of the world, ask of us the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you. with a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking his blessing and his help, but knowing that here on earth gods work must truly be our own. 11 / 12
