18、18年10月16日陈*到教育学院参加数学教师培训。 7.教研组活动: 开学初,各教研组制定出教研活动计划,教研室制定本学期研讨议题发放到各教研组。教研组根据议题,按照统一时间和地点进行讨论,教研组长负责记录。 8.集体备课活动: 开学初,各备课组上报备课题目,教研室统一安排备课时间和地点,安排具体备课教师,主备教师撰写备课教案形成初案,集体备课时,有其他教师提更改意见,记录人负责记录。 9.青年教师展示课 张*、张*、耿*等教师在多功能教室师讲了展示课,对”情智发展课堂”课堂环节和形式进行了全方位解读。 三、 存在问题 1、网络教研方面存在问题 由于我校学科教师较少,进行”空中课堂”活动中,有教师缺席,造成学习和研讨氛围不浓。 2、课题研究方面存在问题 个别课题支持人找借口,不进行课题总结工作,致使教研室工作量加大。在小课题工作中,部分高级教师,认为自己职称已经取得,参与情绪消极,影响了课题质量。 3、教研活动方面存在问题 教研组活动的内容不够科学,时间不能得到充分的保证,教师参与的积极性不高,导致教研活动的效果不够突出。 4、集体备课存在的问题: 集体备课过程中,一些教师存在依赖心理,导致部分学科的集体备课,只是少数教师的备课。一些教师只是忙于填写集体备课记录,缺少真实备课的活动,没有把集体备课落到实处。 7 / 7
