In the present study, we investigated the function of XXX as an oncogene in osteosarcoma. We demonstrated that XXX promotes tumorigenicity and resistance to chemotherapy. It was suggested that the combination of cisplatin treatment and XXX depletion could be a therapeutic strategy for osteosarcoma.
