used,or communication will be broken,the trim can t run.通讯后设置好后，点击确认，进入如下界面：After COM finished,click“enter”and into the following window 4 面显示，下面对部分功能进行说明：The function button is on the left of the panel,click corresponding function button will be into corresponding windows.Heres the illustration of function as blow:一：实时参数界面 Monitor Window 5 1：PRM：发动机转速（转/分钟）Engine speed(r/min)2：CoolT：发动机冷却液温度（摄氏度）Engine coolant temperature(centigrade)3：%：燃气喷射时间与燃油喷射时间比例（x%）The percentage of gas injection and petrol injection time 4：氧：排气管中氧含量 Lambda:the lambda sensor value 5：进气压力 Manifold air pressure(MAP)6：燃气压力即 CNG/LPG 减压阀输出压力 Gas pressure-CNG/LPG reducer output pressure 7：运行状态 Petrol and gas nozzle state 6?：燃油喷嘴信号采集、燃气喷轨输出信号显示窗口中，绿色亮表示采集到此通道（CHx）有信号，白色亮表示（CHx）无信号；Display the petrol injection state and Gas injection state:Green means the channel(CHx)have injection signal,White means no signal(CHx).?：燃气电磁阀绿色亮表示电磁阀打开，白色亮表示电磁阀关闭；Gas solenoid valve state:Green means the valve opened,White means closed.?这信息可以作为 ECU 是否采集到燃油喷射信号和燃气喷射信号参考，也可作为故障恢复时的反馈验证信息。The message refers to whether ECU acquires gas injection signal and fuel injection signal and also used as feedback in recoving validation.8：界面左侧有 ECU 操作按钮板，界面上的按钮板与实际的按钮板显示功能相同，操作方法也基本相同。The switch in the windows function and operation is same as the microswitch.7 软件界面中的按钮板 The Switch in the Window?系统在油/气模式工作状态时，点一下此按钮将在油/气模式间切换；The system will be switched between petrol mode and gas mode when clicking the switch button.?在油/气模式时在按钮上双击鼠标右键，若此时有转速信号系统将切换到强制燃气模式，再双击鼠标右键系统将退出强制燃气模式，并自动切换到进入强制燃气模式前的状态。Double click the button to switch compulsively from petrol mode to gas mode when the system has speed signal,then double click the button,the system will exit and auto switch to the last statement.?按钮板显示状态介绍 The introduction of switch A：油模式 Petrol mode 8 B：气模式 Gas mode?未满足切换条件时 When the switch condition hasnt been satisfied Orange Light Flash 闪烁频率随发动机转速变化而变化，实际转速越接近设定的切换转速，闪烁频率越快，实际转速比切换转速越小，闪烁频率越慢，发动机转速大于设定切换转速时，橙色指示灯将以一个恒定的频率闪烁，此频率约为 1Hz，此时若系统接有冷却液温度传感器，并且温度达到切换设定温度，系统将切换到气模式，若系统没有接冷却液温度传感器，只要发动机转速达到，即可切换到气模式；Flash frequency was changed when engine speed changed.The closer engine speed to the switch speed set,the faster flash self-learning mode All lights flash 9：系统工作总时间：Total work time 记录 ECU 系统工作的总时间和燃气模式工作时间。Record total ECU system work time and gas mode work time 10：燃气工作总时间：记录 ECU 工作在气燃料状态下的总时间，此时间包括气模式的工作时间和强制燃气模式的工作时间。Total gas work time:Record total ECU time in the gas mode.It includes gas mode work time and compulsive gas mode work time.14 此界面为一些运行参数的曲线显示方式，点击对应的信号复选框，对应信号将会在曲线绘制区域绘制出来。这些信号有：转速、冷却液温度、与油喷射时间与 CNG/LPG 喷射时间的比例、进气压力、燃气压力、油脉宽、气脉宽。The window displays a number of parameter curves.Click the corresponding check box,the corresponding signal will be drawn in the panel.The signals are:engine speed、coolant temperature、the percentage of gas injection and petrol injection time、MAP、gas pressure、petrol impulse and gas impulse.全部选择：选择所有的信号在曲线绘制区显示。Select all:Display all signal in the panel.全部取消：取消所有信号的曲线显示。Cancel all:Cancel all curve signal display.曲线打印：如果用户电脑安装了打印机，将弹出打印界面设置窗口，可以对曲线进行打印，方便用户分析。Print curve:If user installed printer,print window setup screen will be popped up.Users can print curve and it is convenience for users to analysis.15 三：参数设置界面 Parameter Setup Window 16 1：排量单位为毫升。Engine size:Displacement Unit is ml.2：缸数为发动机汽缸数量，此项会直接影响燃气喷射系统，当发现汽车有缺缸的现象时，首先应该检查此项的设置。Cylinders:the amount of engine cylinders.It will influence gas injection system directly.Check the setting when there exists phenomenon that cylinders have misfired.3：燃料类型包括 CNG、LPG。The type of fuel includes CNG and LPG.4：喷射模式：不同发动机有不同的喷射方式，在设定喷射方式的时候，应该参照原车的发动机转速表，调节此模式，让软件上显示的转速与原车的基本一致。Injection mode:Different engines have different type of injection.At the type of injection setting,selected the correct type of injection.5：切换设置里面的转速是油模式切换到气模式时要求的最 低转速。The RPM in the switch setting is the lowest engine speed from petrol mode to gas mode required.6：时间是切换时转速的判定时间，既转速达到切换转速且持续时间达到此设定时间才可以切换。The time lapse is the judgment time of rotational speed when switched,it can switch when the rotational speed reaches the switching rotational speed and the time last reaches the time setting.18 vehicles lambda and have relationship with ECU correct.13：粗调、细调即参考氧传感器槛值，对系统进行修正。Slow lambda corrector and fast lambda corrector is the reference that correct the system by threshold value of oxygen sensor.14：发动机燃气调试介绍 The introduction of engine gas adjustment?影响发动机运行状况的参数很多，调试者应先查看原车有无故障码，如有故障码应及时清除；There are many parameters of engine running condition affected,adjuster should check whether the original vehicle has diagnostic trouble code,if it has,adjuster should clear it in time.?检查机械部分的装配，应按照改装工艺规范施工，保证系统的良好匹配性。Check the assembly of mechanical parts and construction standard in according to technology of modify,ensuring the good match with system.?改装工艺保证的前提下，软件上调试的主要参数就是修正比例和修正偏移了，推荐调试步骤如下：Ensuring the technology of modify,the main parameter corrected by the software is constant percentage and offset injection time.The steps recommended as follows:(1)：首先将修正比例设为 115%，修正偏移设为 0.0ms；19 At first the constant percentage set as 115%and the offset injection time set as 0.0ms.(2)：怠速调试：启动发动机，记录在燃油模式的燃油喷射时间，然后将车切换到燃气模式观察燃气模式下的燃油喷射时 20 modes,it shows the gas mixed is thicker and the constant percentage set should reduce until the engine is stable.(4)：重复步骤、，直到发动机在整个模拟运行中都比较好。Repeat the step(2)、(3)until the engine runs better in the entire simulation.(5)：进行试车操作，并微微调节以上设定的参数，力求达到较好的动力性和经济性。Has a test run and adjust the parameters set above a little to reach the better power and economy.15：最小脉宽为燃气喷轨的最小喷射宽度。Minimal impulse is the minimal injection width.16：MAP 修正 MAP corrector 17：标定表:当发动机过排放测试时进行微调节的表格，在大多数要求动力性和经济性的调试中，可以关掉此项，降低调试的复杂程度。Calibrate:The table adjusted weakly of the emission test.In the most of trims which need power and economy,cancel the item to reduce the complexity of the trim.18：喷轨类型决定了 ECU 的对喷轨的驱动参数，此项的设置应谨慎，以免喷轨被错误的驱动而导致 ECU 或喷轨损坏。The type of injections decides the driver parameter of injection.To set this item should be careful to avoid ECU and injection for injection driver damaged by mistake.19：L0、L1、L2、L3、L4 为在燃气模式或强制燃气模式下 21 气量多少的判别情况。L0、L1、L2、L3、L4 display the volume of gas in the gas mode or in the compulsive gas mode.?L0 表示当燃气量电压信号低于此值时候显示红灯，高于此值的时候显示气量灯中的第一个绿灯；L0:Become red when the gas voltage signal is lower than what is displayed and become green when it is higher than what is displayed;?L1 当燃气量电压信号高于此值的时候显示气量灯中的第二个绿灯；L1:Become green when the gas voltage signal is higher than what is displayed;?L2 当燃气量电压信号高于此值的时候显示气量灯中的第三个绿灯；L2:Become green when the gas voltage signal is higher than what is displayed;?L3 当燃气量电压信号高于此值的时候显示气量灯中的第四个绿灯。L3:Become green when the gas voltage signal is higher than what is displayed;20：ECU 自学习即在系统提示信息的情况下，完成 ECU 自学习当前的车况。ECU self-learning:The self-learning programme finished with the system information.23?：大多数情况下只需要调节修正比例和修正偏移即可满足车辆的动力性，经济性匹配，无须设置其他的参数。In most cases,adjust constant percentage and offset injection time can meet the vihiclespower and economy.No need to set other parameters.?：当出现明显缺缸的情况下，检查缸数设置并参考实时显示界面燃油喷嘴、燃气喷轨的信号采集情况，当燃油、燃气喷射信号都有的情况下，可以检查燃气喷轨看是否出现接触不良，线圈损坏。Check the cylinder setting and refer to the signal of petrol injection and gas injection acquired real-time in the case of misfired obviously.Check the gas injection whether it has bad communication or circuit damaged when there is the signal of gas injection and petrol injection.?：在调试不同的 ECU 的时候，进入参数设置界面后，请点击 ECU 当前值以获取当前 ECU 的参数设定值。Click“Load from ECU”to obtain the real-time ECU parameter setting in the parameter setting window when trimming different ECU.24 四：实时记录 Real-time Record 此功能是将汽车的运行参数记录在 EXECL 表格中，方便调试者对参数的进一步分析。记录参数一共八项：转速、温度、比例、氧、进气压力、燃气压力、油脉宽、气脉宽。The function is to record the running parameter into the EXECL.Its convenience for user to analyze the
