The impacts of artificial intelligence
With the high-profile man-machine battle in Seoul, South Korea coming to an end, Alpha Go defeated Lee Sedol, the World Go Champion. Artificial intelligence attracts much attention and becomes a hot topic. Someone think that it's very important to humans' future development. Others think that it's dangerous and has negative effects on the society. Next, it's discussed that the impact of AI on our life is mainly reflected in following aspects.
Undoubtedly, AI has brought a great many benefits to us. First, AI can be used in many industries. For instance, AI can be utilized to do some tasks for human beings, especially dangerous and repetitive. Second, the availability of AI has really brought huge convenience to our life. AI can be utilized to help people to perform various tasks in many offices or restaurants. Thus, it is likely that we could enjoy more leisure time. Last, AI has promoted the development of natural science. For some subjects, that need to use mathematical tools to solve problems, it goes without saying that AI plays a significant role.
However，some problems might inevitably ensue. The popularity of AI may take the bread out of some people's mouths. Furthermore, too much reliance on the AI will contribute to people's poor creativity, flexibility and self-motivation. Even worse, being tolerant in AI might make it become the most advanced war weapon in the world.
AI is a double-edged sword，which can be used for equally good or evil. In closing, the merits of AI prevail over its possible demerits as long as we can use it properly.
