　　在等待中，在期盼中，终于迎来了我的实习生涯。这段实习生活虽然短暂，但却给了我很多的启发。
　　第一天的下午，在吴校长，樊校长，陈主任的主持下，召开了迎接实习老师的会议。在整个会议中让我有一个很强烈的感觉，那就是：学校对我们很重视，愿意给我们学习的机会，并且是竭尽全力的让我们能有充分的上讲台讲课的机会，这让我很感动，因为这跟别的学校有个很大的对比，有很多学校是很排斥实习老师的，最多给实习老师2节课上，不能在学校随意听课，而在修业小学，这里的老师很欢迎我们听课，这让我们在见习期间得到了最大层次的课堂情境的熏陶。这是来之不易的机会，我要懂得珍惜和感恩。要感谢修业学校，感谢吴校长，樊校长，陈主任，指导老师彭辉老师，还有我们的实习指导老师黄悦老师，还有让我们听课的上课老师，修业的一切一切，修业的点点滴滴我都要学习。
　　其实第一周是实习周，主要的内容是熟悉学校，了解学校的教学流程，跟随自己的实习班主任学习班主任的工作，并且进行一个科目的教学工作的学习。为接下来四周的试教做好准备。
　　在第一周中，最多的见习就在于听课了，四天听了8堂课。听了课有很多感受。最大的感受在于课堂是活的，有各种各样的突发事件，并且课堂纪律也要在上课老师的完全掌控之下，要不然这堂课老师上的再好，但是没有学生听也是一堂失败的课。
　　在小学的课堂里，我感觉上课的老师都变成了小孩子的朋友了，大家在一起商量着探讨着摘到了知识的果实。其中给我印象最深的有两堂课就是2甲班的数学课(5的乘法口诀)还有6乙班刘艳老师上的语文课文这片土地是神圣的。二年级的课堂气氛非常轻松活跃，老师的语言也非常活泼和可爱，非常适合与小孩子交流，并且在一堂课中虽然内容非常的容易但是老师会采用多种手法进行巩固，比如有数手指啦，带读啊，随堂背诵等等。在6乙班的课堂上，刘艳老师非常有激情，连我们听课的老师都被不知不觉的被带入到了这篇课文中一起被这片土地的神圣所感染，对这片土地肃然起敬。另外还有一个就是6年级的学生思维特别活跃，考虑问题会从多方面去考虑，并且非常的积极，连我都不知不觉的就被感染了。
　　除了听课，我还积极的下到班上去，我喜欢跟我们班的孩子在一起，他们天真可爱，很在乎我对他们的态度，他们会在意我记不记得他的名字。跟孩子们相处要运用智慧，要随机应变。我记得我有一节课下课了在三甲班，本来是在跟一个学生说话，突然在教室后门的两个学生打起来了，我赶紧跑过去抱住了其中的一个个子较大的学生，他们还在拉拉扯扯，用手和脚在攻击对方，我马上用身体拦在他们中间，把他们隔开了，把他带到座位上，我就跟他说他这次数学小测验考的不错啊，接下来上什么课啊，刚开始他还很气愤的说那个男孩子是怎么欺负他的，到后面他跟我聊起天来了，完全忘记刚才的不愉快了。我总结经验：在学生发生矛盾的时候要快速的将两人分开，并且要尽快的将他们注意力转移。。。
　　在修业小学实习一周以来，谈到感触真的是说很久很久都说不完，暂且就说到这里吧。我需要更多的时间去学习如何做一个合格的老师，去为教育事业奋斗。
