3. Scope of Work
The scope of work to be carried out by the contractor is as follows:

e) HVAC installation.

3. Any additional work requested by the client or any deviation from the scope of work will be treated as a change order. The change order will require written approval from both parties with a cost quote and timeline quoted to the client before any work commences.
