Parties and Property
This Parking Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of signing by and between the Landlord [insert name and address] and the Tenant [insert name and address] (together, the “Parties”). The Landlord owns the parking space(s) (the “Property”) located at [insert address]. The Tenant desires to lease parking space(s) at the Property and the Landlord desires to lease such parking space(s) to the Tenant subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [insert start date] and shall terminate on [insert end date], unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement (the “Term”).
Rent
The Tenant shall pay rent to the Landlord in the amount of [insert rent amount] per month, payable in advance on the [insert rent due date] day of each month during the Term.
Use of Property
The Tenant may use the parking space(s) solely for the parking of vehicles owned or leased by the Tenant. The Tenant shall comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations governing the use of the Property, including without limitation any rules and regulations adopted by the Landlord for the Property.
Maintenance and Repair
The Landlord shall maintain the Property in good repair and in a clean and orderly condition. The Tenant shall notify the Landlord of any damage to the Property or any repairs required as soon as practicable following the occurrence of such event.
Insurance
The Tenant shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance in an amount not less than [insert minimum amount] per occurrence, naming the Landlord as an additional insured. The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with evidence of such insurance prior to occupying the parking space(s) on the Property.
Indemnification
The Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the Tenant’s use of the Property or any breach of this Agreement by the Tenant.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party upon [insert notice period] days’ written notice to the other Party. The Tenant shall deliver possession of the parking space(s) to the Landlord upon termination of this Agreement.
Governing Law

Entirety of Agreement
