4.2 若有一方违反合同规定,经多次警告仍不改正的,对方有权解除合同,并要求对方赔偿相应损失。

4.2 If one party violates the contract provisions and fails to correct it after repeated warnings, the other party has the right to terminate the contract and request compensation for the losses.
