鉴于买方为通过网络平台购买商品的消费者，买方与卖方经友好协商，就买卖双方相关权利义务事宜达成以下协议：
第一条 商品信息
1.1 乙方承诺在网络商城上所售商品的名称、规格、数量、价格及其他相关信息真实有效，并保证所售商品的质量符合国家相关标准和规定。
1.2 乙方应当在商品页面明确标明商品的售后服务政策、退换货规则以及配送方式和时间等信息，确保买方在购物过程中有充分的知情权。

第二条 订单确认
2.1 买方通过网络平台下单购买商品后，应当根据订单页面的提示确认商品的名称、规格、数量、价格等信息，如有错误应及时联系乙方修改并确认订单。
2.2 买方下单后，乙方应当及时发出订单确认信息，并按照约定时间准备商品并配送给买方，保证商品的完好无损。
2.3 买方收到商品后应立即确认商品的完整性和适用性，如有质量问题或者配送问题应当及时与乙方联系并协商解决。
第三条 付款方式
3.1 买方可以通过网络平台提供的支付方式支付所购商品的价格，支付成功后应当保存好支付凭证，并保留与乙方的交易记录。
3.2 买方应当在支付时注意选择安全可靠的支付方式，确保个人信息和资金安全，避免受到网络诈骗等不法行为的侵害。
3.3 乙方应当保护买方的支付信息和个人信息安全，不得泄露给其他第三方，并承担相应的信息保护责任。
第四条 商品配送
4.1 乙方应当按照约定的配送方式和时间将商品送达买方指定的地点，确保商品的准确配送并及时告知买方商品的配送情况。
4.2 买方应当在乙方约定的配送时间段内确保地址的可送达性，并接收商品时仔细检查商品的包装和完整性，如有问题应当拒收。
4.3 若因乙方原因造成商品配送延误或者损坏，乙方应负责重新发货或者赔偿买方损失，并承担相应的赔付责任。
第五条 售后服务
5.1 乙方在商品售出后应继续提供售后服务支持，确保买方在使用商品过程中遇到问题时能够及时得到乙方的解决方案。
5.2 买方在使用商品过程中如有问题应当及时联系乙方并提供相关凭证，协商解决售后服务问题，双方应友好协商解决。
5.3 买方应在商品的售后服务保修期内保留好购买凭证，并在需要维修时及时与乙方联系，确保享受到售后服务支持。
第六条 法律责任
6.1 买方因个人原因造成订单信息填写不准确或者支付方式选择错误而导致商品问题的，应当承担相应的法律责任。
6.2 若乙方因售卖假冒伪劣商品或者虚假宣传信息等行为被国家相关部门查处，乙方应当承担相应的法律责任。
6.3 乙方因自身过错或者故意行为导致买方损失的，应当承担相应的赔偿责任，包括但不限于退款、赔偿等方式解决。
第七条 其他约定
7.1 本合同适用于网络购物交易中买卖双方的合作关系，自买方在网络平台下单之时起生效，至买方收到商品并确认收货之时终止。
7.2 本合同内容如有修改或者补充，应当经双方友好协商达成一致意见，并书面签署生效，具有同等法律效力。
7.3 本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各持一份，具有同等法律效力。

In consideration of Party A being a consumer purchasing goods through an online platform, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the relevant rights and obligations between the buyer and the seller through friendly negotiation:
Article 1 Product Information
1.1 Party B promises that the names, specifications, quantities, prices, and other relevant information of the goods sold on the online store are true and valid, and ensures that the quality of the goods sold meets national standards and regulations.
1.2 Party B should clearly indicate on the product page the after-sales service policy, return and exchange rules, as well as delivery methods and times, to ensure that the buyer has full information rights during the shopping process.
1.3 Before purchasing goods, Party A should carefully read the information on the product details page to ensure that the goods meet personal needs and pay attention to information such as the shelf life of the goods and after-sales service policies.
Article 2 Order Confirmation
2.1 After Party A orders goods through the online platform, Party A should confirm the information such as the name, specifications, quantities, and prices of the goods according to the order page prompt. If there are any errors, Party A should contact Party B to modify and confirm the order promptly.
2.2 After Party A places an order, Party B should promptly send an order confirmation message and prepare the goods according to the agreed time for delivery to Party A, ensuring that the goods are intact.
2.3 Upon receiving the goods, Party A should immediately confirm the integrity and applicability of the goods. If there are quality or delivery problems, Party A should contact Party B promptly to resolve them.
Article 3 Payment Method
3.1 Party A can pay for the purchased goods through the payment methods provided by the online platform. After payment is successful, Party A should keep the payment voucher and retain the transaction records with Party B.
3.2 Party A should choose secure and reliable payment methods when making payments to ensure the security of personal information and funds and avoid being a victim of online fraud or other illegal activities.
3.3 Party B should protect the payment information and personal information of Party A, not disclose them to other third parties, and bear the corresponding information protection responsibilities.
Article 4 Goods Delivery
4.1 Party B should deliver the goods to the location designated by Party A according to the agreed delivery method and time, ensuring the accurate delivery of goods and promptly informing Party A of the delivery status.
4.2 Party A should ensure that the address is accessible for delivery during the agreed delivery time frame set by Party B. Upon receiving the goods, Party A should carefully inspect the packaging and integrity of the goods, and reject if there are problems.
4.3 If the delay or damage in product delivery is caused by Party B’s reasons, Party B should be responsible for re-delivering the goods or compensating Party A for the losses and bear the corresponding compensation responsibilities.
Article 5 After-sales Service
5.1 Party B should continue to provide after-sales service support after the goods are sold, ensuring that Party A can receive timely solutions from Party B when encountering issues during the use of the goods.
5.2 If Party A encounters problems during the use of the goods, Party A should contact Party B promptly, provide relevant evidence, and negotiate to resolve after-sales service issues, with both parties friendly negotiating a solution.
