三、保密义务
1. 甲乙双方应对因履行本合同而接触到的对方的商业秘密及其他机密信息承担保密义务。
2. 乙方未经甲方书面同意，不得将甲方提供的保险中介服务范围、内容及价格等商业机密披露给任何第三方。
四、违约责任
1. 任何一方违反本合同规定，应承担相应的违约责任。
2. 因不可抗力事件或其他合理合同外的情况导致无法履行合同的，免除违约责任。
五、其他约定
1. 本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效，至双方履行完毕合同约定的义务为止。
2. 本合同的任何修改或补充，须经双方书面协商一致，并签订书面补充协议。
3. 本合同内容一式两份，双方各保存一份，具有同等法律效力。

In accordance with the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B, based on the principles of equality, voluntariness, fairness, honesty, mutual benefit, and friendly negotiation, have reached the following agreement on the provision of insurance intermediary services by Party A to Party B:
I. Scope of Insurance Services
1. The insurance intermediary services provided by Party A to Party B include but are not limited to insurance claim agency, insurance product consultation, insurance contract establishment, and other insurance-related services.
2. The specific insurance coverage, amount, duration, and other matters related to the insurance services are detailed in a separate insurance intermediary agreement signed by both parties.
II. Service Fees
1. Party B shall pay the corresponding service fees as agreed upon in the insurance intermediary agreement signed by both parties for the insurance intermediary services provided by Party A to Party B.
2. The specific payment method, timing, and other matters related to the service fees shall be separately agreed upon.
III. Confidentiality Obligations
1. Party A and Party B shall maintain confidentiality of each other's business secrets and other confidential information accessed in the performance of this contract.
2. Party B shall not disclose the commercial secrets such as the scope, content, and prices of insurance intermediary services provided by Party A to any third party without written consent from Party A.
IV. Breach of Contract
1. Any party that breaches the provisions of this contract shall bear corresponding liability for breach of contract.
2. In the event of force majeure or other reasonable circumstances beyond the contract's control that prevent the fulfillment of the contract, the liability for breach of contract shall be exempted.
V. Other Agreements
1. This contract shall come into effect from the date of signature and seal by both parties until both parties fulfill their obligations as stipulated in the contract.
2. Any modification or supplementation of this contract shall be subject to written agreement and a signed written supplementary agreement.
3. This contract consists of two copies, with each party holding one copy, and both copies have equal legal effect.

I. Service Content
1. Party A accepts the commission of Party B to provide insurance intermediary services, including but not limited to insurance claim applications, insurance product introductions, insurance contract signings, and other services.
2. Party B has the right to choose the scope and content of the insurance intermediary services provided by Party A. Details are specified in the insurance intermediary agreement signed by both parties.
II. Advisory Fees
1. Party B shall pay the corresponding advisory fees as agreed upon for the insurance intermediary services provided by Party A.
2. The specific payment method, timing, and other matters related to advisory fees shall be separately agreed upon.
III. Confidentiality Obligations

I. Service Content
1. The insurance intermediary services provided by Party A to Party B include but are not limited to insurance claim applications, insurance product consultations, contract establishments, and other services.
2. Party B has the right to the insurance intermediary services provided by Party A, and specific matters are detailed in the insurance intermediary agreement signed by both parties.
II. Fee Payment
1. Party B shall pay the fees for the insurance intermediary services provided by Party A as agreed upon in the contract, with payment methods and timelines subject to separate agreement.
