1. 用途和适用范围
1. Purpose and the range of application
三相电能表（以下简称电能表）包括普通型三相电能表和双向无功嵌入式三相电能表二大部分。
three-phase electric energy meter (hereinafter referred to as meter), including common type of three-phase electric meter and bi-directional reactive three-phase electric energy meter.
电能表安装在开关板上，供额定频率为50Hz/60Hz三相电网中计量电能。
Electric energy meter installed in the switch board, for measurement electric in the rated frequency is 50Hz/60HZ three-phase electric network.
双向无功三相电能表为测量三相电网中感性或容性电能。
Bi-directional reactive three-phase electric energy meter is survey of sensibility or compatibility electric energy.

3.主要结构及工作原理
3. Main structure and the principle of working
3.1三相电能表外壳采用ABS工程塑料，具有稳定可靠，绝缘性能好、安全等特点。采用双宝石双转盘结构，分离式铁芯，插片式封闭型电压结构，由电流电压元件产生一个移进磁场，使转盘在磁场中获得正比于负载电流大小的转速，从而达到计量电能的目的。

3.2无功三相电能表采用可止逆式累积字轮计度器。

4.安装与使用
4. Installation and using
4.1电能表出厂前经检验合格，并加封铅印，即可安装使用。如果没有铅封或贮存过久的电能表应请有关部门重新校验，加封铅印后，再安装使用，以确保计量精度。

If there are no sealed or stored too long, should be invited the department concerned re-check., sealed letterpress printing again after installation to ensure that the measurement accuracy.
4.2电能表应装在室内的开关板上，选择干燥通风的地方。安装后电能表应垂直不倾斜。
4.2 Electric energy meter should be installed in the indoor switch panel, choose the dry and the ventilated place. After installed the electric meter should be vertical does not tilt.
4.3电能表应按规定的相序（正相序）接入线路，并按照底座上的接线图进行接线，最好用铜线或铜接头引入，避免因接触不良而使电能表烧毁。
4.3 Electric energy meter should be according to provision phase sequence (positive phase sequence) access lines, and in accordance with the pedestal of the wiring diagram for wiring, it is best to use copper wire or copper connectors introduced , to avoid badness contacted cause the energy meter burned .
4.4在雷雨较多的地方使用的电能表，应在安装处采取避雷措施，避免应雷击而使电能表烧毁。In the thunderstorm frequency place using electric energy meter, should be installed at the measures taken by lightning, to avoid the electric energy meter burned under the lightning strike.

4.5电能表的负载能力在0.5/b～Imax之间，超过这一负载能力，电能表在电流线圈会发热而烧毁。

4.6电能表的计度器为机械结构，标牌窗口红格表示小数，电能表配用互感器时，还需将窗口抄到的电度数乘以互感器的倍率后，才是实际的电度数。

6.运输与贮存
6. Transport and storage

6.1电能表的运输和拆封不应受到剧烈冲击，并根据ZBY002-81《仪表、仪表运输、贮存基本环境条件及试验方式》规定运输贮存。
6.1 Meter transport and shrink-wrap should not be severe shocks, and in accordance with ZBY002-81 "instrument, instrument transportation, the basic environmental conditions of storage and test manner" prescribe transport for storage.
6.2保存电能表应在原包装箱内，保存的地方环境温度为0℃～+40℃相对湿度不超过85﹪，且空气中不应含有足以引起腐蚀的气体。
Electric energy meter should be store in the original inner carton, working temperature from 0℃ to +40℃,relative humidity ≤85％,and in the air should not to be contain the gas of the enough to cause corrosive .
6.3电能表放在仓库内保存，应在原包装的条件下，放置在台架上，叠放高度不超过五箱，拆箱后单只包装的电能表叠放高度不超过5只。内包装（塑料袋）拆封的电能表不能贮存.
6.3 Electric energy meter should be store in the original inner carton in the Energy meter should be save in the warehouse under the their original packaging conditions, placed on the stage, height of stacking not more than five containers, after unboxing the single packaging the energy meter, height of stacking not more than five. Inside the packaging (plastic bag) unboxing of the energy meter can not to be stored.

7.保证期限
7. Period of guarantee
电能表自出厂日期起18个月内，在用户遵守本说明书规定要求，并在制造厂铅封仍完整的条件下，倘发现电能表不符合技术条件所规定的要求时，制造厂给予免费修理或更换。
Energy meter from the date of leave the factory within 18 months, in the user comply with the provisions of this manual, and under the manufactory seals are still integrity of conditions, if it is found energy meter does not tally with the requirements and technical conditions, the manufactory offer to free repair or replace.
