Program Planning Contract Agreement

Party B: __________(hereinafter referred to as Party B)
Party A engages in program planning business, and Party B agrees to entrust Party A to carry out program planning. Both parties reach the following agreement based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit:
Article 1 Cooperation Content
1. Party B entrusts Party A to carry out program planning, including but not limited to program concept, topic selection, and content planning.
2. Party B shall provide relevant materials and requirements to assist Party A in completing the program planning work.
Article 2 Cooperation Period
This agreement shall become effective from the date of signing by both parties until the completion of the program planning.
Article 3 Remuneration
1. Party B shall pay the program planning fee to Party A according to the agreement, and the specific amount shall be agreed upon by both parties separately.
2. If the program planning is suspended or delayed due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall still pay the corresponding fee.
Article 4 Confidentiality Clause
Both parties agree to keep the commercial secrets of the cooperation content confidential during the program planning process and shall not disclose it to third parties without the written consent of both parties.
Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability
1. If Party A fails to complete the program planning work on time as agreed, it shall compensate Party B according to the actual losses.
2. If Party B fails to pay the program planning fee on time or violates the confidentiality clause, it shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
Article 6 Termination of Agreement
1. This agreement can be terminated in advance by mutual agreement of both parties.
2. If one party violates the agreement and the cooperation cannot continue, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement.
Article 7 Other Agreements
1. Matters not covered by this agreement shall be negotiated and resolved by both parties separately.
2. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be referred to relevant laws and regulations.

2. Party B shall submit the program planning proposal within the specified time and be approved by Party A.
Article 2 Cooperation Period

Whereas Party A's band intends to entrust Party B to plan the band's touring performance program, after friendly negotiations between the two parties, this agreement is hereby reached:
Article 1 Cooperation Content
1. Party B shall plan the touring performance program according to the characteristics and requirements of Party A's band, including song selection and performance arrangements.
2. Party B shall provide a program planning scheme that meets Party A's requirements, which can be implemented after being approved by Party A.
Article 2 Cooperation Period
From the date of signing by both parties, this agreement shall be valid until the touring performance program planning scheme is confirmed.
Article 3 Remuneration

2. If Party A fails to pay the program planning fee on time or violates the confidentiality responsibilities, it shall bear corresponding liabilities.
Article 7 Termination of Agreement
1. If the cooperation cannot continue due to force majeure or other reasons, both parties may terminate this agreement through negotiation.
