Whereas the licensor is the legitimate owner of the ______ software and in order to protect its own rights and interests, the parties have reached the following agreement through mutual consultation:
Article 1 Scope of Software License
1. The licensor grants the licensee the right to use the ______ software, and the licensee has the right to use the software within the scope stipulated in the agreement.
