operate the machine if not equipped with the filtration plate,otherwise it may damage the complete machine.2.设备使用温度值应符合以下规定：1)液压站使用的液压油要保证其温度在摄氏1040c之间，否则 液压油过稀或过稠都会影响液压系统的正常运转。2)无论是在调试还是在正常使用时，物料温度一般保证在摄氏 1540左右。2.The service temperature of the machine shall meet the following specifications:1)Keep the temperature of hydraulic oil applicable in the hydraulic station between 10 and 40C,otherwise the sparse or dense hydraulic oil may affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system.2)Either during the commissioning or in normal service,the temperature of materials()shall be in general kept between 15 to 40.3.设备操作使用时应符合以下规定：进行压榨前，物料必须充满滤室，否则会导致隔膜滤板损坏。3.The use of the machine shall meet the following specifications:Before pressing,the kind of intermittent-operation pressure filtration equipment for separating solids from various liquid slurries,and features the wide scope of application,good separation effect,simple right of changing the parameter of the above models.四、结构性能与工作原理 Structural properties and operational principles本厂生产的高效快开系列压滤机是集机、电、液与一体的先进的分离机械设备，它具体有五大部分组成：机架部分、过滤部分、液压部分、卸料装置和电器控制部分，其 11结构详见下图：The series of quick opening membrane filter press manufactured by our company is advanced separating mechanical equipment which integrates the mechanical,electrical,hydraulic devices into one entity.It consists of the following five parts:frame,filtration unit,hydraulic system,discharging mechanism and electrical control unit.The structure of filter press“see the following drawings:止推板 滤板 主梁 压紧板机座岫电控机液压站1、机架部分机架是整套设备的基础，它主要用于支撑过滤机构，由止推板、压紧板、机座、油缸 体和主梁等连接组成。支撑过滤机构的主梁材质为Q345的桥梁钢，用埋弧焊焊接成形。经高速气流抛丸机喷砂处理，不仅把表面的锈及氧化层除掉，并在其表面打出细小麻窝,使油漆附着力更强，不易脱落。具有耐腐蚀、抗拉强度大、抗冲击性好等优点，经超压试 验，安全系数达2.2倍，可确保使川安全、稳定，可满足高压滤板的使川要求，具有抗侧 弯能力强、抗拉强度大，机械性能良好并彻底解决了压滤机主梁变形的问题。止推板、压 紧板和机座均采用优质碳素钢焊接而成，而油缸体采用优质无缝钢管加工制造，机械性能 12均良好。设备工作运行时，油缸体上的活塞杆推动压紧板，将位于压紧板和止推板之间的 隔膜板、滤板及滤布压紧，以保证带有压力的滤浆在滤室内进行加压过滤。1.FrameThe frame is the foundation of the complete machine,which is mainly used to support the filtration mechanism.It consists of thrust plate,press plate,base,oil cylinder body,main beam and etc.The main beam applicable fbr supporting the filtration mechanism is a new recessed beam with the European patent which was applied for by DIEMME CORPORATION in Italy in 2003,which features the high resistance to lateral bending,high tensile strength,and good mechanical property.The thrust plate,press plate and base are made of high quality carbon steel by the welding process,and the oil cylinder body is made of the high quality seamless steel pipe,with the excellent mechanical properties.In case that the equipment is operating,the piston rod on the oil cylinder body drives the press plate,and then impacts the membrane plate,filtration plate and filter cloth,which are located between the press plate and thrust plate,to ensure that the suspended matter with pressure is pressurized and filtered inside the filter chamber.2、过滤部分过滤部分由整齐排列在主梁上的隔膜滤板、厢式滤板和夹在它们之间的滤布所组成 的。增强聚丙烯隔膜滤板、厢式滤板主要是选川北欧公司生产的弹性PTE、使川本厂独 特配方压制而成，机械性能良好，化学性能稳定，具有耐压、耐热、耐腐蚀、无毒、重量 轻、表面平整光滑、密封好、易洗涤等特点。过滤开始时，滤浆在进料泵的推动下，经止 推板和压紧板的进料口进入各滤室内，滤浆借助进料泵产生的压力进行固液分离，由于过 滤介质（滤布）的作用，使固体留在滤室内形成滤饼，滤液由排液口排出。若滤饼需要洗 涤，可由止推板上的洗涤口通入洗涤水，对滤饼进行洗涤；若需要含水率较低的滤饼，由 于配有隔膜滤板，可以在止推板右上角的进气口通入压缩空气，压榨滤饼，进一步降低滤 饼的含水率，还可以从压紧板端的进料口通入高压空气，透过滤饼层，进行中间空气穿流,挤压出滤饼中的一部分水份。具体见明流过滤和暗流过滤示意图。2.Filtration unitThe filtration unit consists of the membrane filtration plate and recessed filtration plate,which are arranged in order on the main beam,and the filter cloth between both plates.The reinforced polypropylene membrane filtration plate and recessed filtration plate are mainly molded with the elastic PTE produced by the 13companies in North Europe,using the our companys unique prescription,which feature the good mechanical property,stable chemical behavior,pressure withstanding,heat resistance,corrosion proof,non-poisonous,light-weight,smooth and flat surface,good sealing,easy-to-wash and etc.When the filtration commences,the suspended matter is driven by the feeding pump,and then enters into all filter chambers via the feed orifice on thrust plate.The solids are separated from the liquid slurries with the help of pressure generated by the feeding pump.With the function of filtration medium(filter cloth),the solids are remained in the filter chamber and then form the filter cake while the filtrate is discharged through the discharge valve.If the filter cake is required to be washed,the washing water enters into the chamber via the wash opening on the thrust plate,and is used fbr washing the filter cake;if the filter cake with low water content rate is required,since a membrane filtration plate is equipped,the compressed air is inflated into the chamber via the air inlet one the membrane lining board to squeeze filter cake.To further reduce the water content rate of filter cake,the high-pressure air is also inflated into the chamber via the feed orifice at the thrust plate side,passes through the filter cake,which forms the percolation of intermediate air,and then squeezes a part of water from the filter cake.See the open-
