safely.安装时机床必须单独接地，输入电源应满足380V5%、50HZl%,并应由熟练 的电气人员连接动力线。While installed the machine tool must be earthed solely,the input power should be 380V+5%50HZ+1%,and only skilled worker links power line.二次开关机之间须有3min间隔，以免发生故障报警。A second open or shut the machine,should be intervals 3min in case bring some accidents.使用中对于不能回收或再利用的有毒有害或不能降解的废弃物，及润滑油冷却液 等污染环境的废液，必须送到当地指定回收部门或排污地点排放。For the waste formed in the usage cannot be degraded or is harmful,as well as cooling fluid of lubricant,same wastes polluting environment etc.should be sent to the authorized department or place to turn out-in curve of various treads,circular arc,cone,revolving body,it can meet velocity of speedy cutting of ferrous metal,nonferrous metal,it is suitable for processing revolving parts of car,motor,electron,space,war industry etc.,the processing precision can be up to IT 7 degree.1.2机床的精度precision本机床的精度符合JB/T8324.1996简式数控卧式车床精度。The precision is suitable for JB/T8324.1-1996Compact NC Lathe,horizontal,PrecisionL3机床的使用环境usage environment本机床适合在下述规定的实际环境和运行条件中使用。This item is suitable for the below ruled factual environment and operating situation to use.环境空气温度：540范围内；air temperature in the environment:within 5 40.温度：最高温度40C,相对湿度不超过50%范围内，且湿度变化的原则是不应引起冷 凝。Temperature:highest temperature is 40,opposite humidity can not be beyond 50%,and the principal of the humidity changes cannot 安全防护须知2.安全防护须知safety protection instruction本机床在供货时带有一些安全标示以防止操作人员和设备受伤害或损坏。操作者在开 机前还应弄懂机床各种标牌内容及下述规定再上机工作。When supplying the item,we will pace some safety equipment to prevent the operator and equipment to be hurt.Before starting operation,the operator should understand the enough knowledge for the machine,then just work.2.1 对上机操作、维修人员的要求The requirement for the operatoi;maintenance man.使川本机床的操作人员应经过培训的且具有操作本机床资格的人员。操作人员上 机前，应仔细阅读本使用说明书，完全理解使用说明书中的内容，具备操作使用本机 床的能力后方可操作。Before working,the operator should be trained and get the qualified certificate.They should read Usage Instructions carefully.When they have enough ability to operate,just operate it.维修人员应由有资格的或具备专业维修能力人员来承担，以免发生意外。Maintenance man should have the qualification or professional person to hold,avoid occurring to the accidents.2.2基本操作要求The requirement of basic operation危险：Danger:有些控制盘、变压器、电机、接线盒以及其它带有高电压接线端子的部位不要去 触碰，否则会触电。Dont touch some control panel,transformer,electrical motor,junction box and some other processing terminal position.不要用湿手去触摸开关，否则会造成短路，危及人身安全。Dont touch the switch with moist hands.警告：warning 应当非常熟悉急停按钮开关的位置，以便在任何需要时，无须寻找就会按到它。Be familiar with the placement of the fast stop press button.在安放保险丝之前，一定要将机床断电。Cut off the power,before putting the fuse.当电源部分出现故障时，应立即切断电路开关。Cut off the power,when occur to the accidents on the to be accepted by another,just go on next step.注意：Notice 使川推荐的润滑油和油脂或认可的等同性能的油或脂。Use the recommending lubricant,grease or some authorized gas which is the same function.要使用具有合适电流值的保险丝。Use the fuse with normal operating amperage.要防止CNC装置、操作盘、电气控制盘受到冲击，否则，会引起故障使机床不能 正常工作。Prevent CNC equipment,operating panel,operating control panel electrical motor from hitting.不要随意改变参数、数值或其他电气装置。必须改变时，应该在改变前将原始数 据记录下来，以便在需要时恢复到原始数据。Dont alter the parameter,value and other electrical equipment casually.If it must,Record the original data in order to recover the original data when finish.不要弄脏、刮伤、弄掉或移动警告标牌。如果标牌上的字迹已变得模糊不清或遗 失了，应向厂方订购新的标牌。Dont move,damage the warning board.If it cannot see clearly or lost,please order a new one.机床周边要有足够的工作空间，以避免产生危险。Keep an enough space around the machine tool.水或油能使地面打滑造成危险，为防止出现意外事故，工作地面应保持洁净干燥。Keep the work place clean and dry to prevent the accidents.在操作开关之前，一定要确认，不要弄错。Before operating the switch,please confirm it.不要随意触及开关。Dont touch the switch casually.接近机床的工作台应结实牢固，以防止事故发生。要避免物件从工作台上滑下。The working bench approaching to the machine tool should be fixed.Avoid the things slide down.2.3 接通电源之前的要求The requirement before processing the instructions and program manual clearly,and each function,operating processes.应穿防油的绝缘鞋、工作服和配带其它安全防护设施。Wear the oil-proof insulating shoes,jack and the other safety protection facilities.将所有CNC装置、操作盘及电气控制盘的门和盖都关上。Shut the door and lids of all CNC equipment,operating panel,electrical control panel.注意：Notice 从工厂送电开关到机床总电源开关之间的电缆线要有足够的横截面以满足电力的 要求。The cable from the power transmission switches in factory to power source has the enough cross section to meet the requirement of the electrical power.露在地面上的电缆必须有防护设施，以防止出现短路。That the cable is out of the ground should have the protective facilities.机床拆箱后第一次使用或长期停机后再启动之前，每个滑动部件必须重新上油。成使润滑泵连续工作，直到油从刮屑板处渗出为止。The first use or start again when it is no use a long time.Each sliding parts should be scraped the fuel again.And make the lubricating pump work continuously to the leak the fuel from the scrapped board.应将油箱的油灌到油标处，必要时需进行检查并注油。Add the fuel to perfect place.有关润滑点、油的种类及油量，请参见各自有关的说明。Please reference to the instructions,about the lubricating point,fuel measure.各个开关及操作手柄应当灵活，平滑好用，应检查其动作。Each switches,operating handle should use easily.当给机床送电时，依次接通工厂送电开关、机床总电源开关及操作板上的电源开 关(置到“ON”位置)。When power transmit to power当操作板上的电源开置于“ON”（接通）位置时应检查READY（准备）灯是否亮。The power source of the operating panel place on on”,please check whether the READY is light.2.5常规检查Routine examination警告：warning在检查皮带的松紧度时，千万不要将手指伸到皮带和皮带轮之间。Dont stretch the fingers between belt and belt pulley,when exam the tightness of the belt.注意：Notice 检查电机、主轴箱和其它部件，确保没有不正常的噪声。Exam electrical motor,headstock and the other parts,make sure it no normal noise.检查机床各部分的润滑情况。Exam the lubrication situation of each parts.检查防护罩及安全保护装置是否处于正常工作状态。Exam whether the protective lids and safety protection equipment work normally.检查皮带的松紧度，若有伸长的，按要求更换合适的新带。Exam the tightness of the belt,it needs the suitable one.2.6温升Elevated temperature注意：Notice 给机床升温，尤其是给主轴和进给轴进行升温，应该在机床的自动操作状态下，以最大速度的一半或三分之一使机床运转10-20min,达到稳定温升。Elevated temperature to machine tool,specially rise the temperature of the principal axis and feed bearing.Should be under the automatic situation,at the half or one thirdth of the maximum speed to make it rotate at the 1020min to be up to steady elevated temperature.在自动操作时，机床上每个运动部件都要按程序自动运作，与此同时，检查各个 运动部件的运作情况。Under the automatic operation,each parts moves according to automatic rotation progress,simultaneously exam the working situation of each parts.如果机床闲置了很长时间，不要一开车就进行加工，一定要对机床采取升温。因为机床长期闲置后油润滑不充分，很可能使滑动部件受到磨损，导致机床部山东普鲁特机床有限公司5J32数控车床 安全防护须知膨胀，影响加工精度。If it cannot be used fbr a long time,Dont use it at once,should rise its temperature.2.7开机前的准备工作Preparation work before book-strap警告：Warning 工装应确保符合机床的技术参数、尺寸和型号。Make sure the technique parameter,size and article.刀具磨损过度或损坏，直接影响工件加工或损坏机床，因此开机前应将这些刀具 换下。It will affect the processing workpiece or damage the machine tool when the cutter is damaged excessively.So before book-strap,please change these cutters.加工区要有良好的照明，以便于安全检测。Illumination should be well.It is useful to safe examination.机床或设备周围的工具及其它物品应存放有序，保持环境整洁及道路畅通。Keep the machine tool,the tools and the other things in order,keep the environment clean.工具或其它任何物品都不要摆放在主轴箱、刀架、防护罩类似的位置上。Dont put the tools and the other things on the headstock,cutter frame and the other similar equipment.如果重型的圆柱件中心孔大小，加载后，工件很可能会跳出顶尖。所以，一定要 注意中心孔及角度。Be cautious of central bore and angle.注意：Notice 工件长度应在限定的范围内，以防止发生干涉。The length of the workpiece should be among the limited range.刀具安装后，应进行试运转。Should have a try,after installation2.8工件中注意事项Announcements in the work危险：Danger 不要披着长发操作机床，一定要戴工作帽后再工作。Please tighten the long hair and wear the hat when operating.工件必须夹牢。Clamp the workpiece.要在停机状态下调整冷却液的喷嘴。山东普鲁特机床有限公司6J32数控车床 安全防护须知Adjust the jet nipple of the coolant liquid under the stop.不要用手或以其它方式触摸旋转中的工件及主轴。Dont touch the rotating workpiece and principal axis by hands.在自动加工过程中，不要打开机床防护门。Dont open the protective door under the automatic processing.在进行重载加工时，应防止切屑堆积，因为热的切屑可能引发火灾。Dont pile up the cutting when processing the heavy workpiece.警告：Warning 操作开关时不准戴手套，否则，很可能引起误动作等。Dont wear the gloves when operating the switch.刀架、主轴停止运动后，才允许从机床上卸下工件。Unload the workpiece when the machine stops.在车削加工过程中不要清理切屑。Dont clean the cuttings when the turning is processing.操作机床时，不要打开机床防护门。Dont open the protective door when the machine is working.注意：Notice 重型工件需要移动时，要两人或两人以上一起工作，以免发生危险。Move the heavier workpiece,should two people or more than two to cooperate to avoid the accidents.操作叉式升降机、吊车或类似设备及吊钩的人员必须经过培训并获得认可。Operate the fork lifter,crane and the similar equipment,the operator should be trained and get the certificate.吊运缆绳及吊环、吊钩，必须具有足够的强度以满足吊运负载的要求，并严格限 制在安全规定之内。Lift the line,loop,drop hanger must have the enough intensity to meet the load requirement,and restrict the safety range.应该川刷子清理刀头上的切屑，不得川裸手去清理。Dont use the naked hand to clean the cuttings,should use the brush.安装或卸下刀具都应在停车状态下进行。Install or unload the cutter when machine stops.对镁合金进行加工时，操作者应配戴防毒面具。The operator should wear the antigas mask,when process the Mg-Alloy.2.9中断加工Interrupting processing山东普鲁特机床有限公司7J32数控车床 安全防护须知注意：Notice在完成加工件后，需要暂时离开机床时，将操作板上的电源开关关闭，同时也应将主 线路开关关闭。After finishing the workpiece,please turn off the power on the operating panel.Simultaneously cut off the mail line.2.10完成加工之后After finishing the processing注意：Notice 停机前，不得进行清理工作。Before stop the machine,dont clean the machine.停机后，一定要进行清理。清除铁屑，擦净门、盖、窗等。After finishing,clean the cutting metal,door,lid,window etc.将机床各部件返回初始位置。Return each parts to original placement.检查刮屑器有无损坏，若有损坏，及时更换。Exam whether the scraper is damaged,if it is,please change a new one.检查冷却液、液压油和润滑油的污染情况，如污染较重，要及时更换。Exam the pollution situation of the coolant liquid,hydraulic fuel and lubricants.If the situation is severe,please change at once.检查冷却液、液压油和润滑的使用量，如有必要，及时填加。Exam the measure of the coolant liquid,hydraulic foel and the lubricants,if it needs,please add it at once.清理水箱过滤器。Please the filter of the water tank.在下班离开机床之前，应将操作板上的电源开关，机床主线路开关及车间送电开 关关闭OBefore leaving,please turn off the switches of the operating panel,mains.2.11安全保护装置Safety protection equipment 前后防护及冷却防护。Protect before and after,and 未经允许不得擅自做任何维修工作。Dont maintain the work by yourself when not permitted.更换零部件、易损件应经预先安排方可进行。Change the parts,should arrange ahead.准备记录预防措施和正确的维修方法。Be ready to record the precautions measurement and
