My Friend’s Health Problem

It is very cold these days, and my friend Jack didn’t wear enough clothes and has a serious cold . He doesn’t feel well and has a fever. He also has a cough and can’t sleep well at night. I think first he should go to the hospital and see the doctor to get some suggestions about how to get well. Then, he should take some medicine , drink a lot of hot water and not to eat cold food. He also needs a good rest and eats more vegetables . At last, if he wants to keep healthy, he should do more sports after he gets well so that he can be healthier in the future.
