Last Thursday, we have had a class meeting to discuss where to go for our autumn trip. We came up with several choice such as going boating, climbing a mountain, and going to an amusement park. Finally, we decided go mountain climbing.
The next day, we left for early in the morning. While climbing the mountain, we enjoyed the warm sunshine and the beautiful sceneries. However, when we reached the top, we were shocking to see rubbish here and there, such as bottles and banana peels. We felt sadly that many tourists didn’t take good care of the nature. Soon, we started to pick them up. With all the rubbish putting in the rubbish bin, the place looked much more beautiful than before.
While we came back, it was 5:30 in the afternoon. We were tired but happy.

One day, on my way home after school, I found out a bag lying on the road, and I picked it up. There was many money and a business card in the bag. From the card I know something about an owner, including her phone number. I realized I could get in touch the owner. So I called owner, telling her about the matter. Then I waited at the bus stop. It was not long after the owner arrived, and I gave the bag to her. So exciting and thankful to me was the owner that she took out some money to reward me, and I politely refused it. Then I walked back home, felt very happy and pride.

When I first learn to write in English, I ran into much difficulties. The main problem was that I always thought in Chinese and tried to translate into my own language everything which I was reading. My teacher advised myself to keep a diary. I followed his advices and put down 100 words or so each day.
Soon I began to enjoy talk to myself as I was learning to express myself with simple English. One day I write a story and showed to my teacher. He liked it very much that he read it to the class. All said that the story was a good one. Their words were an great encouragement to me.
