1.Do you think you could be a teacher? I dont think I am suitable to be a teacher, I am not a patient man and cannot bear to repeat the same things frequently. Teachers job is really boring to me, you have to make your explanations as easy as possible for students to fully understand. It is

、a challenging job, I am afraid I cannot do it. 2. Do you have a favourite teacher? My favourite teacher was my physics teacher whose name was Mr. Zhang in my middle school. He was the most influential teacher I had ever had. He told us a lot of physical background knowledge to encourage and motivate

、 us because physics was quite complicated for us. I still remembered that he frequently gave us articulate speeches that the physics was the gymnastics for the brain, which inspired my enthusiasm to learn it well. 3.What are the qualities of a good teacher? I should say a good teacher is one who alw

、ays is well prepared for the class. And I guess if the person has a good sense of humour that would help because, you know, boring, ah, session, nobody would sit in the class, you know, hours after hours. 4.Should teachers use discipline in the classroom? Coming from where I, um, am, I think yes, te

、achers should discipline students. In Korea, students would respect the teachers. My mums generation was more so, and my mum had to say one day, she thought teachers dont eat, dont go to the toilet, they are demi-Gods and wouldnt even step on the shadow of the teacher, because you respect the teache

、r so much. But I dont think same kind of respect is here and students sometimes misbehave during class hours and I just find it hard to understand. Do you ever use a map? Yeah I do. I mean, I often use a GPS when Im driving somewhere that Im not familiar with, and I find it super helpful,

、because I dont have a very good sense of direction! When do you use a map? Let me have a little think umm.when do I use a map.umm. oh yeah, I guess the time when I most often use a map is when Im on holiday somewhere, because I find it helps gi

、ve me a better understanding of the place, and also saves me from getting lost. Who taught you to use a map? I dont actually think anyone taught me how to use a map, you know, I kind of just figured it out for myself. And Ive neve

、r really had a problem understanding them because they tend to be pretty self-explanatory, (at least for me anyway). Do you prefer to use electronic maps or those made of paper? Id say I generally prefer using electronic ones, b

、ecause they basically have more functions. For example, if youre not sure how to get somewhere, electronic maps will be able to actually highlight the best route to take, and (not just that, but they) also give you detailed timings for each part of the journey, which is something that paper maps can

、t really do. Have you ever asked others for directions? Yeah, sure I have, and I think its fair to say most people have at some stage or other. You know, asking others for directions c

、an save a lot of time wandering around getting hopelessly lost, and Ive always found people to be very helpful whenever Ive asked them how to get somewhere. 1. Do you think its important to be on time? Yeah,

、I think it definitely is, because its basic manners to be on time for things. You know, I think youd agree its pretty rude to keep people waiting, and so it kind of leaves a bad impression on people. 2. How do you feel when others are late?

、 Well I guess it kind of depends, because I mean, if theres a good reason for being late, you know, like getting stuck in traffic, then I wont really mind that much. But you know, if the person doesnt really have any excuse and its simply because they couldnt be bothered to arrive on time, then I su

、ppose I might feel a bit annoyed. Other ideas: If someones late by only a few minutes or so, then thats no big deal, you know, I have no problem at all with that. But if someones late by, like, an

、 hour or something, then it can be pretty annoying, especially if Ive gone to the trouble of getting there on time. 3. Are you, yourself, late very often? If yes: Yeah, I am. And I know its a bad habit, but for so

、me reason, no matter how hard I try, I always seem to end up being late for things! If no: No, I wouldnt say I am. You know, most of the time Im pretty good with being on time for things, because I always make a quite big effort not to be late.

What do you like most about your home? Well, probably what I like most about my home is that we have a really great river view, because we live quite high up,on the 20th floor, and our flat is right next to the river. So I feel really lucky to have suc

、h a nice view, and I never get tired of it. Is there anything you would like to change about your home? Thinking about it, Id say there probably is, yeah, for example one thing I would quite like to do is knock down the wal

、l between my kitchen and the living room, because at the moment, theres not much space in the kitchen, so if we got rid of the wall, it would make everything much more spacious, I think. (Similar to above) What do you think c

、ould be improved about your home? Well, I kind of like my home the way it is, but I guess if I had to change anything, then one thing I might do would be toget rid of the wall between my living room and kitchen, as it would then make things a lot more spacious.

Whats your favourite room? I would say my favourite room is probably my living room, firstly because thats where the TV is, and secondly because its got big floor-to-ceiling windows which overlook the river, so we have a really cool view. Oh and one more thing to mention would be that its by far the most spacious room in the flat, because all the other rooms are about half the size, if not less.
