ClientSolutionsManager岗位职责职位要求 职责描述: Summary: To align with the company’s direction, the Greater China is driving a new mindset rooted in empowerment, accountability, agility and profitable growth. Our new direction focuses externally – specifically on GROWTH, and on managing the margin of our clients again. We need to hit our EBITA Budget and improve working capital as a percentage of revenue toward industry standards. The Client Solutions Team will act as Trade Lane Drivers; Greater China Ambassador; Super Hunter to enhance closing and build base load.Role and Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Develop meet the trade lane budgets: measure year over year on monthly basis Map profile customers in Trade laneIdentify Top 10 customers in the lanes based on their business potential Prioritize customers on terms of immediate/medium/long term focus Map developments with each customer and device action plan Ensure due attention to new opportunity/lead from local or overseas offices GC Ambassador Be responsible to deliver his own sales budget Assist sales not limited to local but also overseas to win business of his/her focused trade lane 2. Commercial Planning: Develop Trade Lane Strategy: Carrier procurement and Core carrier Strategy to be initiated/implemented/executed/completed within 6 months , TL Sales Campaigns, Selling Selective POD's strategy etc Monthly updates of customers on UTi internal customer data management system To ensure RFQ's/RFP's are received and attended on time and support RFQ teams for successful closures Be available at all times for support on any issues pertaining to the trade lane Trade lane driver measured on tonnage and TEU YTY Generate and update Sales tools kit 3. Network Development:ISV should be planned well in advance: 2/QTR for sales calls/other internal discussions Prepare and update organization charts/contact windows for each department (Sales, Customer Service, Operations etc) on both sides Active participation with the product teams( origin destination) to understand, discuss and develop solutions to facilitate target growth on the trade lanes Create business case note for every win and send along with SOP to the respective regions product/dept managers Weekly/Monthly conference calls with both origin destination sales teams/regions should be held on the per-agreed dates, minutes of the same to be circulated to all participants with action plan and defines time linesWho we are looking for: Over 7 years Sales experience in Contract Logistics / Freight Forwarding Bachelor degree or above Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and spoken English Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (preferred) Aggressive and passionateWhat’s in it for you?
